Excellent and Attentive Staff
The front desk staff of this Comfort Inn really stand out; Felipe, Christian, and Penny were very helpful and thoughtful. They provided local information and really went the extra mile to make my stay successful.

Very Pleased
I recently stayed here with my 20 year old daughter. I couldn't have been more pleased. For the price, this is a terrific hotel -- with a wide variety of restaurants in the area. It is conveniently located near Central Park. The staff was wonderful. I had broken my foot earlier in the week in Connecticut while moving my daughter out of Yale for the summer. The hotel staff was very nice, compassionate, and accommodating. I was cold and they brought a blanket. I said the internet was a little slow when I first arrived; they immediately fixed it. I asked for restaurant recommendations -- they gave great one. I needed a car to take me to where my rental car was located; they had one there in 3 minutes. EVERYTHING about this hotel was great -- I would definitely stay there again!

Just Wonderful !
Last minute decision loved location, 2 blocks from Central Park. Everything was perfect. Rooms are small but as to be expected. I am going back with my daughter next school vacation, very safe to walk at night. Loved it!

Small but great value
My sister and I booked this hotel based on the trip advisor reviews and they were lying, the rooms in this place are SMALL and the bathroom was so tiny There are no words to describe it. BUT the location of this hotel is perfect and to be honest we hardly spent any time in the room as this is New York. There was free wifi which was brilliant and the room felt clean although very dated. I would stay here again but probably only with my sister or a friend as its not the best hotel for a couple I don't think.

Excellent location
Everything was fine and met our expectation. Great location for restaurants, central park, transportation and The Lincoln center. The price was right. We plan to move a few blocks from the Hotel and will recommend this place to our friends when they visit NYC
