Good clean hotel, nice breakfast, rooms need an upgrade, great location
I stayed here on a business trip and, for Rome, this is a pretty good hotel. It's clean, they have wifi (although you have to pay), it's really central so you can get everywhere you'd want as a tourist and there's an epic buffet for breakfast.The staff are a little surly, and it seemed that it was booked out by pensioner tourist groups, but the room was a good size, everything worked and it was quite quiet. The rooms themselves desperately need some updating, there's a lot of brown and cheap veneered furniture which probably looked great in the 80's but for what is meant to be a "boutique" style hotel, just look dated now. It's worth staying here if you're here as a tourist and can get a good rate, but there are more modern hotels in Rome I'd pick over this if I was travelling on anything but business.

Good location but it's not a 4 star hotel
The hotel has a perfect location to visit Rome. There is a bus stop right by the door, a metro stop two blocks away and the vatican is 10 minutes away by foot. Very Breakfast is a really good buffett. On the downside, this building is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is friendly, service is good, but rooms really need some work. The look really old, not so nice furniture, very small. Bathrooms are tiny and the shower cabin can barely fit one person. They are very clean but the old aspect really hits you.

Great Hotel that has it all - location and excellent customer service
I'm a travel agent and I booked a group of 34 people including myself at this hotel in March 2013. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is awesome because you're able to get around the city on foot or bus and the hotel is close to shopping,restaurants and all the major attractions. The breakfast was buffet with a variety of hot and cold selections. The customer service was over the top and especially in the evening when Louis Ferraluolo was at the front desk. My group loved him. He was very resourceful in recommending the best restaurants, night life and must see attractions in Rome. Louis contributed to my group's great time and my agency success in booking this group to Rome for the first time. The trip was such a success, I have booked another group to return in March 2014. .

Perfect location
Hotel is situated next to beautiful Piazza Cavour, from here is close to restaurants, cafes. It is near the Vatican and San't Angelo Castel. Gorgeous place. We were always coming back to hotel from the trips by FEET. I was positive suprised when i arrived, because before leaving home, I read a lot of not good opinion. The hotel is not new, that is true. But it's clean, cosy, and the room was big. The breakfast is awesome. Everyone will find something for yourself. A lot of pies, croissant and delicious coffee, served to each table. The stuff is great too. They are so helpfull and the receptionists handled with all my requests during the stay. The hotel is not deluxe, but perfect for visiting the city thank to the location :)

Great hotel at a wonderful location
Great hotel and great location. We enjoy walking and were pleased to be minutes from the Vatican and also a short walk to shops & restaurants. The rooms were clean and pleasant. We had breakfast at the hotel and it had versatility and great items. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
