Good location for city visit
We stayed in march in this hotel for a city visit of Rome. The location is 10 min walking to the Colosseum. Also you can take the bus to city center. THe bus 2 minutes close to the hotel.We got a regular room that was nice, very clean and warm, although outside was a little cold. The bathroom is decent size also very clean. We had no breakfast included so i cannot tell many things about it. However you could find easily nice places around to take the breakfast.The price was good for the value of the hotel. Was just the weekend of electing the pope so was quite full the city. However 260 Euro/room/2 nights is not cheap price.The hotel is good for city trip and visit. I guess for business is also a good choice. They had free wifi so that was a good thing.Parking is crazy as you have to be lucky to find a parking place other then garages. Will i come here again? Maybe, if i can't find a better deal, either closer to the city center or cheaper.Do i recommend? In the same condition as above i recommend. I do think is a good choice unless you have better price or better location.

Very small and Expensive
I realize that hotels in Rome are expensive, but this hotel was small and expensive. There was no place to place luggage and be able to walk around the bed. We had to shift our selves and our luggage to move or use the bathroom. It was clean. This may be a good place for the single business traveler but not so good for average folks who were trying to experience Rome.

Good calm location
We stayed here in April 2013.The good:Location - 2 minute walk to Metro stationRoom - clean, double bed and not singlesBathroom - cleanFree wifiThe bad:Depending on where your room is wifi doesn't workSome hotel staff are unwilling to helpNo bin in room

Air Conditioning Lies
On the plus side the Hotel is clean and about 1km from the Collosseum. On the negative side, I have never been told such blatant lies on why, on some very hot days there is no Air Conditioning working.On the first warm night after much trying to get the room control to work with out success I phoned reception to ask can the Air-Con be turned on. Yes but of course, what temperature would I like? After 20 minutes without any Air-Con I went down and the night porter said he would lower it even more. Now I am not stupid and the room vents had no air movement what so ever, so a night with the window open and noisy sirens every 30 minutes.In the morning I asked reception about why the Air-Con was not working, I was now told time that the Night Porter thought I wanted more heat in my room! They assured me it would be working from now on.Next day and even hotter, all the windows in the hotel open, I asked in the evening could they turn on the Air-Con, told this time that it wasn't possible because the whole hotel had to have the same temperature and most guests don't like the cold.The last night I was told that they could not switch it on because it was now broken!.On check out, I recounted some if the Hotels Excuses and they told me it was Italian/Rome Law that the Air-Con can't be switched on until May. They said they didn't want to tell be this earlier in case I got annoyed! I can't find the obscure Italian Law.I look forward to their Web-site saying "While we do have Air-Conditioning we don't use for a varieties of reasons. The Main photo on the web site shows a School exercise yard and is nothing to do with the Hotel.

Excellent
We had just perfect stay in this hotel. Great welcome, staff at reception just super and very helpful. They upgraded our room and we did not pay more for this. Our suite has a big terrace with fantastic view and a big jacuzzi. Great location - metro, tram and bus stops are in 1 minutes walk. Huge range of breakfast options. The hotel is in the center of the city and at that time is in the very quiet place. And the price for all this is very good. I will recommend this hotel for city travelers and would stay there again with a great pleasure.
