Lovely hotel
We have just got back and we really had a lovely stay. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was nice. There was a lovely play pool for the kids and big play area. We would stay here again.

Great Hotel
This is our fifth year staying at the Deloix hotel, and can't fault it at all. The staff are pleasant, the rooms are great, the pools are excellent. We go every year in May as a little treat for my self and my wife and always stay half board. It is true that the entertainment is in spanish and the food does mainly cater for the spanish, as many of the poor ratings point out, but guess what, you are in spain and it is mainly spanish guests in the hotel. It is a bit of a walk to the sea front but after a big meal we are glad of the walk. It is easy enough to get the bus down to the sea front and back, as the bus stops right outside of the hotel. On the walk down to the sea front, you do pass some supermarkets and other shops / bars, and honestly a 30 minute walk takes you down to the sea. The hotel is far enough away from all the clubs etc so that you can get a quiet night sleep but not too far to make it a chore to get there. If you are looking for a part of england / britain then this hotel will not be for you, if you want pleasant staff, clean rooms and big swimming pools then try the deliox hotel. We will be back.

Lovely hotel great out door space
16 family and friends stayed on the 7/5/13 for 7days , outdoor space is first class for both adult and children . Rooms very clean , hotel staff are lovely , food could be better but all in all a great hotel would defo book again

Great Stay for Benidorm Palace Visit
Stayed just one night this month to go to Benidorm Palace for dinner and the show. Hotel staff very welcoming, room which overlooked internal court yard was huge with great en suite. Very clean, bed was extremely comfy. Amenienties are fabulous. Location was perfect for us as only a couple of minutes walk from the Benidorm Palace but also only a 15 minute walk to the beach passing other bars offering great night life (shows /Caberet etc) . There was a huge variety of different foods for Breakfast all beautifully presented. Our only criticism is that air con did not have a very low setting. For this month it was not a problem as we slept with the window open. Forgot to mention this to the hotel before we left. It may just need an adjustment.

fantastic
just home 3 hours ago,what a fantastic hotel,couldnt fault anything about it and will be back at the end of this year.we thought the location was also perfect as its nice to get away from the buzz.this was our first time in benidorm and my little grandson loved it
