I stayed there one night on a work trip.The hotel is located on a new area of the city, with many buildings in construction, and especially office buildings. There are not many services nor attractions in the surroundings, but the Metro and RER lines are really 5 minutes away, The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean.WiFi Internet connection is only available in the hall, while in the rooms you need to use an Ethernet cable (ok for a laptop, non for tablets or phones). In my room, the Ethernet socket was not working properly, and I couldn't connect.Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

We stayed here as a group of friends travelling to run the Paris Semi Marathon as it was only about 15 - 20 mins by Metro from the race at Chateau de Vincennes (the Metro is super close, a short 5 min walk and means you can be anywhere central relatively quickly). We booked 2 rooms with single beds, and overall I was happy with them. The kitchenette was handy for making tea and basic breakfast - we bought food from the Monoprix nearby & stored food in the fridge, also had a microwave & dishwasher - but there wasn't room to eat other than sitting on the beds - which was fine for us. The rooms were compact but clean and pretty quiet, and overall the staff were friendly. I wouldn't stay here for a romantic weekend, but for a functional trip of shopping/sightseeing where you aren't intending to spend extended time in the hotel, its perfect for friends/families.One comment - They took payment from my card on the 2nd day of the 3 we were staying without asking me - I had left a card for holding the reservation with the reservation site, but we were planning to split payment for the rooms between us. Any other hotel I have stayed in has taken payment upon check out. However, after pressing a bit further, they did reverse the payment when I asked them to. I would perhaps make this clear when you check in if you want to pay with a different card than the one used for reservation. Also, as its more of an "apart-hotel" the rooms weren't cleaned every day in detail - they changed towels, emptied bins and straightened the beds, but in one of the rooms, they were a bit slow about this, and we had to follow up re: fresh towels - not ideal after running 21kms and being desperate for a shower! :) They couldn't recommend any restaurants in the area (it is more of a business area than tourist) - we tried the 3 that were within walking distance, which were ok (L'Avenue was the better one with non-stop service, helpful if you need to eat late lunch), and understand if there isn't anything amazing immediately nearby, but would be helpful if they were able to recommend something, even if its a short taxi ride. WiFi was too weak to use in the rooms. However, these things didn't detract from our overall stay, and I would stay there again.

Stayed here in summer 2012 for 3 nights...we turned up early and our room wasn't ready but staff were happy to store our bags so we could go enjoy Paris...the hotel isn't near the tourist stuff but there's a metro like 5 mins away and it takes you there..our room was lovely and clean..bed was really comfy bathroom was in a separate section..room could have been a bit bigger though ..but it had everything you needed ...breakfast was lovely lots of yummy french pastries really fresh..I had a great stay..staff were very friendly ..will go back.

This is a long overdue review since I was there a couple of years ago, but judging from the more recent ones, I guess it still applies! Although away from the center itself, the hotel is really close to both Metro and RER stations, hence within minutes of most of the major attractions. ¿¿¿Business¿¿¿ area in general, but it does have some pubs and coffee houses nearby. One night we ate at ¿¿¿Indiana¿¿¿ (if my memory serves me right), and the food was quite nice. My suggestion is to have breakfast in one of those places, rather than in the hotel, and definitely visit the Monoprix mini market down the road for other supplies too! Value for money in terms of the rate we got for the rooms, but in my opinion the normal rates are higher than they should be.If you are looking for a hotel as a base to explore Paris, in a quiet area but without anything to really blow your mind away, this is a decent choice (provided that you get a fair rate).

Very well situated, within minutes of RER Line C (towards Quartier Latin) and M¿¿tro Line 14 (towards Opera and St-Lazare), close to the Biblioth¿¿que de France; a lively district, but not over the top .Reception VERY friendly and useful .The studio flat was comfortable (good bed) and quiet. Cutlery and kitchen utensil scarce though and the connection to the Internet almost non existent .Parking available in the lower ground floor with a supplement.
