Good hotel
In case you are not keen to stay on the main island, this is a good hotel though the rooms were slightly small. We had a bit of a problem in terms of the room given to us, but the hotel managed to change our rooms quite promptly.The breakfast was good with plenty of choices for children and vegetarian.

Great hotel at an excellent location
We had stayed here during our trip to Hongkong for 5 nights. The harbor views are amazing and location is just perfect. The rooms are average size but i guess that is Hongkong. We had reached Much earlier than the checkin time and the check in counters were a bit chaotic at that time But the lady at the reception helped us to get a room much before the check in time. Overall the checking in was very smoothRooms are good and we were given the newly refurbished ones. Bed was soft and good, clean rooms and good toiletries. The Breakfast was a large spread and lovely and we were spoilt for choice. Hotel has its own restaurants but we did not try it except for getting it thru room service once . It was good though. There are Lot of restaurants nearby, Roccos is a nice place with set menu for Italian food lovers, Starbucks nearby, Subway nearby for veg lovers , thai restaurant and French deli too. Lot of shopping malls nearby at 10 min walking distance ( isquare and KMall). Walkable distance to avenue of stars. MRT nearby. Lot of Indian restaurants too at a walking distance of 5-10mins.

Reliable and very good service
I like this hotel very much. It's quite old and tired but somehow it doesn't matter because the rooms are big and the staff are so well trained in customer service. Even the room service is good. I am a platinum member too but never had a suite upgrade in about 10 stays. Still you have to pay at least 50% more to better this place.

Centrally located and serves the purpose.
The hotel is situated on a road thats filled with a whole lot of other hotels, bars and restaurants. It is also walking distance from the main roads which has all the action. It is also conveniently located near the metro station so all in a all a great location. Nice rooms and decent staff who are no overtly friendly ( i am assuming that it was because when we were there, the hotel was overloaded with guests).

nice hotel in an excellent location
We had stayed here during our trip to Hongkong for 4 nights. The harbor views are amazing and location is just perfect. The rooms are average size but i guess that is Hongkong. The breakfast was excellent and the cantonese restaurant was top notch. The staff at the reception were quite cold which was quite surprising as I am a gold member of intercontinental chain/priority club...but overall a nice hotel.
