Great Hotel very good location
Close to Termini station,to the metro,very close to via Nazionale.Very clean hotel,great bathroom good room with a small refrigerator.There are vending machines,washing and drying machine on the second floor.The breakfast was really good with fresh fruits,cereals,yoghurts,ham,salami,mortadella,many kinds of coffees.The roof terrace is really wonderful,you can enjoy a drink during the afternoon,or evening.The stuff at the reception were really kind they could speak very well English and they were always helpful

Good value, great location, friendly staff. Highly recommend!
We stayed at the IQ for one night after 6 in Tuscany. We found the hotel on Tripadvisor. The location was perfect for us, close to the Termini. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. We needed a museum voucher printed which the reception staff did for us with pleasure. We needed a recommendation for a restaurant and a taxi for the airport - all given with a smile. The hotel has a modern, light design and everything looks new and clean.Our rooms were spotless, very aesthetically designed if a teeny bit small. The passage between the bed and the desk is a bit too narrow, if someone is sitting at the desk it is impossible to pass. Also, there is not a lot of space for large suitcases. The bed was spacious and nice and firm. The bathroom was also spotless with a comfortably sized shower. We asked for a quiet room and got one on the 4th floor facing the inner courtyard which was perfect.We didn't use the vending machines but were impressed with their supplies, as with the washing and drying facilities - very useful if traveling for longer.Breakfast is, as reviewed by previous travelers, very good value for money with a good selection and variety of different foods. Bottom line: great hotel. I hope it stays that way!

Pretty good
When we came in, the guy who helped us was very smart about the area. He also spoke 4 different languages, which was very impressive. The rooms are very clean and the bed was firm and good. We had a good view above the street. The room was warm and we did have to have someone come in and fix the AC but they did so in a timely manner. This place is pretty good. We would stay here again.

Great Hotel!New, Contemporary, well thought out!Great location, Balcony, Free Safe, Mini Fridge, Roof terrace, Vending machines stocking as well as other items; champagne, wine, beers, soft drinks & hot chocolate. Microwave, designated hot water taps, gym, helpful staff and otop of that everything worked!The above list sounds simple, then why do so many hotels get it so wrong?! You never felt that they where trying to squeeze every Euro out of you.I would stay again and have recommeneded to 3 other people since our return! Please open one in Barcelona as we are going there next year!!!!!!NB: The room we had was small, but I came to see Rome & not sit in my hotel room!
