Clean economy room. Convenient location
My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in April. The room was clean but the safe did not work and took 2 days to get someone up to look at it. They replaced the battery and it lit up. They did not however check to see if it was functioning correctly. It did In fact still not lock. Hotel offered to move us but since we were unpacked decided to stay and take our valuables with us. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at night because the toilet kept running. Not a terrible thing but still clearly maintenance needs to be kept up. We ate two breakfasts there and then chose to go elsewhere the remaining days. The food was okay but you can get better elsewhere for the price they charge.The employees were very nice and in all was a pleasant stay. The hotel is very convenient to West Hollywood, Universal City and Hollywood. In the morning and evening commutes we were always against the traffic going the other way so to all the sights it only took 15 to 20 minutes. Not bad for LA. When I stay in Burbank again, I will probably try some of the other economy hotels before staying there again.

Staff hospitable. Room comfortable. Buildings need repair and paint job. Lousy parking. Location not great.

Dirty and outdated rooms and hallways.
We stayed at the Ramada three terrible days. The room had carpet that was so stained and dirty you didn't walk on in without your shoes on. The last day that we stayed there the room was never made up. Since we were gone from the room all day, when we got back to the room we informed the front desk and they handed us a couple of towels and never even apologized. we would never stay there again.

Sucks, stay elsewhere
We got there and it was horrendous, old as dirt, stained and torn carpet. I asked for a different and updated room which they gave us, but although it was better it was far from good. Never again... Staff was pleasant was the only good thing. Loud throughout the night and the location and parking stinks.
