Fabulous Stay
My husband and I booked a room at the White Oaks as a last minute addition to our Niagara Falls "mini-moon." We were absolutely floored by the extremely high level of service that we received. In the couple of months leading up to our wedding we both had the opportunity to stay at quite a few very high end hotels, and neither of us noticed the same level of service and solicitousness that we experienced at White Oaks. Our room was modern and well appointed, the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing, and the concierge went above and beyond in preparing us for visiting the local wineries. We had a lovely dinner at Liv, and when we were being escorted to our table, we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. We told the hostess that we were on our honeymoon and after dinner our server brought two glasses of champagne to the table with a lovely dessert plate to celebrate. When we arrived back to our room the hotel had sent up a bottle of wine and a lovely plate of fruit and cookies congratulating us. I would absolutely stay at the White Oaks again and have recommended it to anyone who is traveling to the area. The only slight disadvantage is that it's a short ride away from the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, but the service was worth the drive!

Thank you Living Social Getaway
What a wonderful find on Living Social! The rooms were well equipped and the amenities were solid. My wife had a wonderful spa treatment and remarked on more than one occasion about the treatment she received and the friendless of her attendant. My only complaint about the resort and rooms was the cleanliness. There were hairs on the robes in our rooms and beer bottles around the common areas that should have been cleaned up. Overall, this was an amazing part of our vacation and I would recommend it to anyone that has a chance to go.

Big City Stay on Little Niagara-on-the-Lake
My husband and I got a deal through Hotwire for a room here during the week here on our way to see Niagara Falls. We were a bit perplexed at the place; a large hotel with conference center and fitness gym that is on the highways 15-20 minutes outside of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The hotel is trying to have a 'big city' feel with bellhops, doormen and attentive staff. Looks like they've recently re-branded their image to align with your typical 'Sheraton' and 'Hilton' chain hotels, by incorporating a 'wellness spa' feature to their fitness facilities and offer different levels of dinining service/restaurant. Our bed was extremely comfortable but the price for the hotel was high considering we are not in a big city. This could possibly be justified by the price of the other accommodations in the touristy area though. Looking back, I would have preferred staying at a small hotel or bed and breakfast IN Niagara-on-the-Lake as this would have paired better for the overall experience of this little town.

Relaxing, updated and a great place to stay!
Excellent customer service, relaxing atmosphere, and an updated room! I was also impressed when I let the Front Desk know that the pillows were to soft and immediately was sent two brand new foam pillows which were excellent! We enjoyed the service and food we received at Play restaurant and really enjoyed the cappuccino there! We enjoyed golf the next day at the Royal Niagara. The golf and stay package promotion was wonderful! My husband and I would definitely stay at White Oaks again!

FABULOUS FROM START TO FINISH
Recently our sorority held our annual Mother's Day Luncheon at White Oaks Resort. This was the first time we have had our luncheon at this location. I would highly recommend White Oaks to anyone looking to have a social event. Every detail was taken care of from the room decor, exceptional service and the mouth watering food. Our contact, Cathy, made this event very memorable along with all of the great staff - especially Matt, the Supervisor, who made sure everything at our event ran smoothly. I cannot express how wonderful it was to be treated to such a fabulous day! On behalf of all of the mother's, daughters and granddaughters who attended this event, thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience!
