Great value for price
I stayed with my family at this hotel for one night. We were really satisfied with provided service. Rooms are beautiful, well furnished and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, walking distance to all interesting landmarks at Niagara-on-the-Lake. Special thanks goes to Marlene from reception and lady who worked on breakfast on Monday morning (29/04). Will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to get a great value for price ;-)!

Wonderful get away place to stay!
we just spent three nights at the Colonel Butler Best Western in Niagar-on-the Lake and found it to be a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions about attractions and and the history of the town. The rooms were very comfortable and the included breakfast was a perfect start to our day of cycling and wine tasting . There is a wonderful large front porch to relax on as well. We will be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

New Pet Friendly Option
We just had a great stay at the Colonel Butler Best Western. Along with the usual great service and friendly staff we had a little special attention. The hotel had just decided to accept guests with pets and we were the first arrivals. The staff gave our dog the royal treatment that she won't soon forget! The room came equipped with a pet bed and water dish and it was very convenient for us. Our dog enjoyed the stay and we all had a very peaceful night. Highly recommended!

Very nice and quiet hotel, just 20 minutes from the craziness of the Canadian Niagara Falls.
Niagara on the Lake is a great little town with nice shops and restaurants as well as some history. All just 20 minutes from the craziness of the Canadian Niagara Falls.The hotel is in great condition and the staff is very helpful and friendly.Our room was very clean and a good size. The extra sink outside the bathroomvis a nice touch.

Great staff
We stayed last Thursday and Friday. The staff is great and very helpful. Free parking and a 10 minute walk to town. With the towns pay only street and lot parking, this is key. The rooms are clean and quiet and a good value. We had three rooms total and the breakfast at the hotel was good. Tim Hortons and gas station nearby. Pay the parking meters if you park in town. The meter maids are always checking all street and municipal parking lots.
