Good business hotel just outside centre
Stayed here for two nights, paid for on PC Rewards and they upgraded us to a Club room, which I don't think they have to do. Room on top floor was clean modern and comfortable. The Club Lounge is OK but the evening snacks are a bit modest but OK. The Club breakfast was better and suitable if you only want a basic continental.We ate once in the hotel's restaurant which was fine. Another night we ate at Ravintola Kuu which is across the road from the hotel's back entrance which serves good Finnish food and is recommended.The hotel's about 15 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes from other city centre attractions. The public areas are beginning to show their age but is still fine.If you are looking for a mid price business hotel in a good location then the Crowne Plaza will suit you fine.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Room a little warm.
Stayed here for 2 night business trip. Its s nice hotel. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast included in my room rate. Free wifi. Only gripe was that room was a lttle warm and the temperature control did not work.

Great hotel, great location
Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and an excellent location, with a scenic 10 minute walk into town through the park or past the national museum. There is also a tram available that drops you in the centre within minutes.

Good business hotel, central location
I stayed three nights, two in standard single, very small room, with two suitcases it was quite cramped though comfortable bed and great AC helped keep it from being stuffy. The third night I upgraded to junior suite, that was very nice, large bed area, living room area and large bathroom with tub.The hotel is located just out of city center, walking distance (1 mile) from central old Helsinki. It is on the main road where all the modern museums are. Taxis always there, but walking was nice.Good breakfast, nice bar area, sauna and pool ok and free.The free wifi was a definite plus in Europe where wifi often costs a fortune.The only complaint is the tiny flatscreen TVs, even in the suite. Come on Crowne Plaza, my tv on American Airlines business class is larger, like trying to watch an iPad. Not worthy of a real hotel. Time to get real TVs.

unexciting..but ok
Typical businessman's hotel.Located on the edge of town. Access to the center is 15/20 mins walk or the tram system. If coming from the airport,I suggest using the Finnair coach,which runs every 20 mins or so and stops some 200 yards from the Hotel.Providing your luggage ok,it is an easy walk and at under 7 euros ,good value.Breakfast,as others have said,is overpriced...and i choose not pay what i thought a bit of a rip off.Rooms are as you might expect.,i had a corner room which meant more space..but initially the safe was broken (fixed the next day) and the air conditioning never worked.(never fixed)Would i stay again ? Probably not...i would go looking for a town center Hotel.
