Stayed here for one night since it was my Uncle's birthday and did not have to travel far. Staff was friendly. Room was nice, there were two beds, but only needed one. View was to the north and of the mountains. Bathroom had samples better than most hotels. Water was instantly hot and pressure was good.OVerall, was an okay experience. Free parking was a good incentive, but wi-fi was not free, so was let down by that.

I booked this hotel as a wedding party guest. I was traveling quite a distance, so I requested to check in early upon my arrival. I got there 2 hours before normal check-in and the room was not ready. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the lobby before 'house keeping' got the room ready. After a long day of driving, all I wanted was a hot shower...but no, the hot water was out. I called the front desk and all they said was that they knew about the problem...and hoped it would be fixed by morning (gee thanks). The short, uncomfortable beds were poorly made with stained sheets (4 star hotel - yeah right). I can say that the room was quiet and the A/C worked (which is a miracle these days). The following morning I asked 'house keeping' to please clean my room before noon, as I had guests dropping by and I want the room clean. Again, this did not happen, with the room getting cleaned as my guests arrived at 2pm - again, thanks. Lastly, with the price of the room (well over $200 per night) I was not offered a breakfast voucher, and the bottled water in the room was $3.50 per bottle... What, you mean, I can't even get water as a gratuity? The in-house restaurant was very expensive...well above the local going rate, with service marginal. Overall, with all the 'stellar' reviews about this hotel, I was very disappointed with the quality of the experience...with it being called a 4 star hotel.

This was a one night stay traveling from Las Vegas to the Reagan Library. The hotel was very good, but doesn't serve breakfast, which I like to get when traveling. There was a free parking garage across the street which was very nice. I believe that the man's name that checked us in was Sean, and he was very cordial.

I had reserved a king bedded room and was upgraded complimentary to a junior suite. It was a very spacious and clean room. The hotel staff was very cheerful and quick to get us a room. Complimentary refrigerator was in our room for our convenience. I look forward to staying here again. There is a $12 valet parking charge but I happened to used the garage across the street. Not sure if I was supposed to pay but it didn't seem busy when I parked.

We had to make an unplanned trip to Santa Clarita for a memorial service. We had $100 gift card (compensation for a less than wonderful stay at another Hyatt) so we splurged. The first disappointment was that we could not use the gift card for a prepaid reservation, which are $50 less, but even then our out-of-pocket was less than the other options in the area. We had a 3 hour drive to an early afternoon service. I called ahead to see if we could get an early check-in so we could travel in comfortable clothes and change in the room.. On the first call there was no answer after 30 seconds so I hung up ant tried again, This time Brittany answered and she was able to find a room that we could get an early check-in and reserved for us. She cheerfully greeted us when we arrived and we were in our room in no time.After that all of the interactions with the staff were nothing but helpful and pleasant. They were always eager to please.I really liked the location of the hotel, The Town Center neighborhood has the "new urbanist" design with shops and restaurants in a cozy setting (narrow street) among 3 story buildings with retail on street level and homes above and very walkable, There were plenty of chain restaurants nearby and a big Westfield Mall as well. Loved the free parking, comfortable bed and well appointed room. I was little surprised by the plastic water glasses.Hated the $10 charge for wireless internet. Furthermore, my AT&T data connection was mostly non-existent. How is it that you can get free internet it the cheap motels, but not here.We did not try the food, it was too expensive.
