The rooms are clean and at a fair price but could stand to be upgraded a little (nicer TV's,etc..) but what made me want to continue my stay there was Priya at the front desk. She is so nice and helpful with whatever needs or problems you may come across. I will definetly be coming back because of her.

Not greeted in a friendly manner . Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, remote to TV not working and phone in room not working. Notified staff and nothing was done. Will not book with this hotel ever again!!

This review is 100% authentic. I am a REAL guest with REAL experiences! I am a frequent traveller to the South bay area. Of all the hotels, I CHOOSE to come to this particular hotel. No matter the duration between visits, the friendly staff seems to ALWAYS remember who I am, which is very welcoming. There is a nice choice of healthy breakfast items in the morning, a relaxing jacuzzi I frequent when time allows & trusting housekeeping and maintenance workers. As a visitor for nearly three years, I've seen staff members come & go. All have always provided excellent service. Peter, the morning front desk attendant, goes above & beyond to accommodate to my crazy work schedule and "personal preferences" to ensure my stay is of much comfort. In all these years, I have yet to encounter any unrest, disturbance or invasion of privacy. I feel safe when I am here, morning, noon & night. The evening and overnight shift display the same gracious hospitality no matter the time. Ninfa is the evening attendant who has also been around for a long time, as Peter who's face I will always remember simply because I am reassured that I've invested my time and money into the right place. I give this place 5 stars on OVERALL experience. Its like receiving an upscale experience at an economical rate!

Excellent stay! The staff was very nice and helpful! I will be back to this location! BUT, My stay at Days Inn, 2631 WNW Loop 323, room 115, Tyler Texas 75702, April 13, 2013, was not very good! I was in a hurry to keep an appointment, so I rented the room (115) put my bag in the room and left for my appointment. Late that night, I returned to my room to find a dirty coffee pot, torn carpeting, soiled carpeting, a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the boxspring, and the bathroom door damaged. I will not be back to this Days Inn in Tyler. I have photos to send you. James Jackson 214-673-1424

We were going to a wedding in Vegas and decided to fly to and from LA and drive to Vegas from LA and we would stay in LA before and after Vegas we originally booked this hotel to stay in before we went to Vegas after it taking us a few hours to find the hotel we were surprised at how nice it was and how friendly the staff were the lady that was on the reception was so nice she told us the easiest ways to get to places told us the best stores to go to and directions to the mall. Bang next door to Mcdonalds so daughter ( & husband) were very pleased about that. when you think of neighbourhoods in LA you automatically think of huge houses this isnt in an area like that but the area isnt bad. The hotel is on a very busy road with lots of shops all around. We didnt use the hot tub so are unable to review that. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very spacious and have coffee machines. We liked this hotel and the staff so much we booked to go back when we returned from Vegas the manager very kindly gave us it for the same price as we had booked the original stay for. The breakfast was free and there wasnt anywhere to eat it other than in the reception area which isnt very big but this wasnt a problem as we just took it to our room the breakfast selection was mainly cereals and donuts which is great and for free you couldnt really complain plus the donuts tasted great. We actually really enjoyed our stay here although after reading some of the reviews on here at first were quite weary but for the money we got more than we expected and as I said the staff were first class. A little far out from Hollywood and the beaches closest beach was hermosa beach about 15 minutes away which is a lovely quiet beach venice beach santa monica and hollywood is a little further away. Great mall up the road called the galleria mall. We would definately book this hotel next time we are in LA
