We enjoyed our stay here! It was a super modern hotel room. It was not your standard fair. It almost had a bit of a European feel to it and artsy. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a walk in shower which you don't find in many hotel rooms, or we haven't. We liked the flat screen TV. The price was great and so was the convenient location to the airport.

My wife and I laid over here before flying out of MSP. Great location, only 2 miles from Mall of America and tons of restaurants within walking distance. Very easy to find from the interstate, first property on right when you come off 494. Staff were friendly, beds were comfy, HD flatscreen was excellent for Knicks/Pacers game 6. We didn't try the breakfast but the buffet was $15 and looked decent. Half price for SPG members. Best thing in rooms was black out curtains that really black out. We slept til 8 and didn't know the sun was up. I hate it when hotel curtains are 4 inches from the windows and bright light peeks in. Only complaint was that room was a bit cozy. I snuggled up with my honey so I didn't mind. However, if you have large persons or more than 2 guests, I would look elsewhere.

Everyone I met that worked here was awesome, but it's probably in the bottom 2 hotels I've ever stayed at.The good: Great beds. Good workspace ( I'm a web developer that was in town for a conference and my company didn't want to pony up for a better option ), good location if you're headed to the Mall of America ( they even have a free shuttle ), tons of decent food options within walking distance, fitness center is 24 hours and has a view to the outside world.The bad: This is the noisiest hotel in the history of America. In the first room they put me in, I kid you not, I heard nonstop construction, vacuuming, vivid conversations in at least 3 different languages ( harder to eavesdrop so less entertaining ), hammering, drilling, and all manner of noise for 2 hours straight before I requested a transfer. It even made it impossible to hear my coworkers on our conference call. Then, "luckily", they moved me to another room, this time on the 4th floor instead of 2nd...The absolutely devastating: My room ( 425 ) was conjoined with the room next to it by a door, the lock of which was in my room ( or maybe both sides had a lock for some reason ). But the problem was that there was absolutely NO privacy from one room to the next. I could hear every word of the people in the next rooms' phone calls verbatim and even hear them breathing in certain parts of the room. They could hear me using my bathroom, I theirs, and their t.v. shows were as vivid as if they were playing from my t.v. Worst 4 hotel nights of my life. If my girlfriend had been with me on this trip I'm sure the people next to me would've hated life even more than I did. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

This building has been remodeled to a 4 points and it was a successful remodel. The room was compact without feeling crowded and room lay-out easy to move around in, had built-in furniture/shelves/closets, large flat screen HD-TV, comfy high bed, bath is smallish with walk-in shower only. All was clean, clean, clean. I had booked via Priceline at a great rate for a Saturday night. Location is right off busy interstate but virtually no noise. Location is also good for getting around in the south and west end of the Metro area, near by restaurant choices good. I did miss having a refrig and microwave and most of all a complimentary breakfast to start the day. I think these are not there as 4 points is econo version of Sheraton.

We arrived at the Hotel missing two hours for check-in. We were met on time without any problem and the fourth released. Bedroom brand new, with nice big LCD TV. All very clean. Wi fi free room, and what is better, great!! Maids great too. Parking super easy. Check out also very fast. The attendants are 10!!
