Best Western Queens hotel Berlin City West
A fine 4 star hotel 10mins by bus from town center (or less by underground). Scrupulously clean, helpful and courteous staff and absolutely fantastic food! Good choice of restaurants and shops nearby. Could not fault this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning

Enjoyable Stay
I have used this hotel on two occasions as base for my stay in Berlin,I must say it has met all my expectations.The hotel staff were helpfull,professional ,nothing was to much trouble.The rooms we're comfortable as we're the beds.the food first class.The hotel is ideally situated,centrally for the busy tourist,The underground station just a few meters from the hotel entrance.I will use this hotel again.

An Good Hotel for the Price
The Best Western Queens Hotel is now part of the Leonardo Hotel is a nice place with extremely friendly staff. In fact the friendliness of the staff is what it has going for it the most. Unfortunately the room we had could have been a little cleaner. Generally the room was very good, it was NOT dirty as such. Management need to pay some more attention to the cleaning of the rooms. We would like to point out the days, if not weeks worth of dust immediately under the cupboard door that houses the mini bar fridge. The bathroom, whilst had clearly been cleaned water stains all over the toilet seat does not give a good impression. The exhaust fan did not seem to work or if it did it was not effective. All in all value for money and with a bit of attention by management we would have happily given a higher rating.

Lovely place but in the suburbs
Don't get me wrong this place was very nice to stay at. It was very easily caught the underground trains too and from only problem was we would have liked to stay a bit closer to everything. But is saying that we had amazing food for their continental breakfast and the area felt very safe to walk around at night.

it lives up to its name
my wife and I have just returned to uk after 5 days in berlin. Despite the freezing weather we had a fantastic time. I could not fault the hotel ,The room was warm and comfortable(after i realized i needed to turn the setting up on the radiator!!) The staff were really friendly and helpful. As for the location,there were a good variety of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and the local U-bahn station(Guntselstrasse) being on the next corner meant we could be on the Ku-damn in a few minutes and from there to most parts of the city in well under half an hour. We look forward to going again( when its warmer next time!!)
