A modern design hotel and well located from the Terminal 4. There are 3 restaurants and lobby bar at the ground floor level. The Chinese restaurant is very popular and reservations recommended during the peak periods. The cafe area is grate for a quick bite and drink. The main dining has the buffet option. Several meeting rooms available.

Location is great
I booked this as a part of a parking deal for a night before a holiday. It cost 185.00 including the parking which was a great deal. The convenience of having the car on site and only a short walk away from the terminal when we got back beats anything.The hotel has two banks of rooms with an atrium in the middle. We've stayed here before and had an inside room, this time we had an outside room which had a better feel about it - we had a view of the planes and it was not noisy at all.There was air conditioning which was not too noisy but at one point in the night I did have it switched off and could hear the man in the next room snoring - a first for me!!! Turned up the airconditioning and it was much better.We decided to eat in the hotel which was more expensive than off site but it was convenient and reasonable quality.The hotel still looks stylish but there are a few tired parts in the room that we had. It all feels a bit too standard.

The best hotel at Heathrow
This was our second stay at the Hilton LHR Terminal 4 and we were met with the same 5-star experience we received 3 years ago (which was during the BA strike when we were pleasantly surprised by front desk staff who very calmly worked with distraught passengers.) The proximity to the terminal make it perfect for that early morning flight, but we will always choose this as our stop-over hotel for another reason. As someone who has been in the hospitality industry, I find this hotel to be, by far, the cleanest I have stayed in. Additionally, staff at every encounter from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant facilities were extremely courteous and helpful.

Silence despite proximity to the runway
One of the better Hiltons and surprisingly peaceful despite being able to see planes taking off from our bedroom window. I did not give 5 stars because it was expensive and then wifi and breakfast were added, making very dear. We probably could have upgraded to another hotel for the same cost. Despite that the room was clean, comfortable and very close to the terminal.

Hilton delivers!
Have stayed here many times...Right next to terminal 4, connected via pedestrianbridge/walkway; also easy to get to trains or subway via this walkway from the hotel. Nice spacious and modern lobby, with restaurants and bar; rooms are comfortable and clean; excellent breakfast and service; the gym is a little small, but its all there.... Everything you may expect from a Hilton. Can become crowded if there are many flight cancellations at Heatrow...
