Park and stay
My partner and I were flying out to Berlin so decided to use the hotels park and stay service and then added on an extra night on our return. Everything went like clockwork from checking in on day 1 at 9.30pm to checking out on day 6 after breakfast. We arrived and parked the car under cover which was about 30 steps to the hotel and checked in. Our room was on the ground floor and had everything we required for an overnight stay. As we were catching an early flight to Berlin we purchased tickets from a machine in reception for the H58 Hopper Bus for 5.20am the next day - cost ¿¿7 each return (is ¿¿8 on the bus) . The bus was on time and dropped us off about 15minutes later at terminal 5. On our return we only had to wait 10mins for the service back to the hotel.There was a little bit of a problem when we checked in as the receptionist could not find our car keys ( you have to leave with them) but we went to our room and then after about 15mins we received the keys. Once again a pleasant overnight stay and we had breakfast in the morning which was ¿¿9.95 each but thought the quality was much better than anticipated and set us up for our drive back to Yorkshire. OK you wouldn't stay in the hotel for a week's holiday but for overnight when catching a flight it did us just fine and we would certainly use again.

one nighter
I stayed here as i was picking someone up from heathrow the next morning.I got a good deal on the internet, ¿¿40 for room only,but decided the breakfast was a little expensive so didn't eat.I was disappointed that i had to pay ¿¿10 to leave my car at the hotel overnight,bearing in mind the car park wasn't even barrier controlled,so hardly very secure, ¿¿10 seemed a bit expensive.My room was adequate although a fresh coat of paint may have improved its appeal just a little. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. So i didn't get a really good sleep.The downstairs lounge area was nice and comfortable.

Overnight stay
Very pleasant one night stay. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My evening meal was not quite cooked perfectly and they replaced the lot and we got some free drinks. I would certainly stay again.

Good value for the money
I stayed at the Comfort Hotel, Heathrow, London on two occasions in April 2013. I found the service very good, my evening meal was excellent, and good value, rooms were very clean, although in need of updating, leaking shower, cracked tiles etc.The Hoppa Airport bus picked up at the hotel every 40 minutes which was ideal as I had dropped off my rental car at the airport the night before to make my travel day more relaxing. Ask for the discount tickets at the reception desk, discounts on the Hoppa bus, the meals and WiFi use.

Comfortable Hotel
On a recent coach trip to London my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the good facilities and comfortable bedrooms at the hotel. The only drawback was that there was no heat in the bedroom - only a portable heater - and when we stayed it was a cold night. The staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our one night stay. We would definately visit this hotel again.
