Comfortable and convenient
We stopped here overnight, as we did before, and we got the same great accommodation, friendly welcome, superb room, a great location for theatre breaks or sight seeing, or just a shopping weekend. Came across it on the Late Booking.com, so got a good deal. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Great for so many reasons!
We have visited this hotel a few times and it is always brilliant. The hotel is situated perfectly for tourists in London whether you are shopping, sightseeing or visiting one of the many theatres situated within a comfortable walking distance. The staff are welcoming and efficient. All staff are friendly and helpful from the lovely concierge to the hardworking housekeeping ladies. The rooms are well appointed with the bonus being the bathroom with bath and shower with endless hot water. Lovely complimentary White Company toiletries too. We don't however, have breakfast there as it is rather pricey but we are in London! I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

Luxury in London
Stayed here in March this year for a weekend break. Location was excellent. Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of London. West end and Oxford street are very close. The staff of the hotel were excellent and coulndt do enough for us. We were in london visiting relations and taking in a premiership game. Rooms were spotless. Couldnt of picked a better location. Plenty of nice restuarants \ Bars within 5 mins walk of hotel. Would definately call back. Special mention to the staff at the breakfast servings. They were excellent

great position
excellent position for all the sights and theatre land.nice little hotel, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff, from changing our room as it was not what I had ordered (I ordered a family room and was given a double) this was sorted out very quickly indeed) to hailing a taxi ....all in all would go back and would definately tell my family and friends.
