A very pleasant 5 night stay
We stayed here for the last 5 nights of a round the world trip and it was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, a great shower, good wi-fi and quiet. What more could you want?The staff were very helpful and the one time we rang housekeeping they were there within 2 minutes! We were able to fit our two large suitcases under the table and out of the way.Being so close to St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston was a big bonus.We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment on that but we did use the fitness centre which was well equiped and quiet.

Sleek and contemporary hotel option
Very impressive lobby and slightly imposing (though in a good way). We stayed here for a conference nearby and the hotel performed admirably. Very comfortable rooms (slightly in the small size), spotlessly clean and the range of services you'd expect from a hotel of this level. Our only negative was that there was a large queue to be seated for breakfast (which was excellent despite some slow service during busy times). Perhaps the hotel could consider expanding the dining area to lessen these queues?

fantastic
I first visited when they were going through a renovation and it was just like any other hotel. However I went back last month and it was great, the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough, the room was lovely fab toiletries. When we drank in the bar we had free nibbles. The breakfast was lovely with eggs cooked to taste, huge choice lush pastries really handy for the train station great views. A great experience. Thank you.

Ok on business short stay
Just arrived to find a very average room but reasonably clean. TV not working and basically a box in grey. Functional but little else.Just having a dorman does not make a hotel The Ritz .Cheap and cheerful for London.

Good place for meeting
Went there for a medical meeting recently. Seems to have been recently refurbished. Very nice and clean hotel and the service seems to be good. Good location too. Shaw lecture theatre is ideal for lectures.
