The Best Value for the Price
We live in Arizona, and when we decide to get-away for a weekend we head to Los Angeles. We have many hotels to choose from, but Extended Stay-Torrance Blvd. has always been our favorite. It is located near those places we want to go to, and the home away from home feeling is always there with their ready to go kitchens. The staff (especially Tammy), makes you feel like family and friends. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. P.S. We don't smoke, and had no issues with smelling smoke in our room.

Second hand smoke
The room was somewhat clean. But I was scared to take off my shoes. Faint smell of smoke on towels and bedding. Do people jump up and down all night? Walls are extremely thin. The sheets had stains on them. I feel creepy crawlies in them. Overall haunted vibe. Should have gone to the Marriott.

Overpriced !
Very poor bedding cement would have felt better. No one at desk after 11 pm. Room outraged needs lots of maintenance. Really wanted a refund :(--- Guest service was not good at check in was on phone & ignored us. Didn't tell us about property or area.

Good Value for the price
My home was getting fumigated so I needed to relocate for three days. The staff was outstanding! Especially Tammy. I was also able to bring our small dog. I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

Winter Oasis
My wife and I have been coming to the Extended Stay Hotel in Torrance CA to escape the weather in Wisconsin for the last several years. We have always found the hotel to be clean and well managed. The staff has always promptly responded to all of our needs. Besides the excellent accomodations, this hotel is ideally located for shopping and dining all within walking distance. The large Del Amo Fashion Mall has many great stores and an 18 screen AMC theater. The pier at Redondo Beach, a 5 minute drive away, has a beautiful beach as well as walking and biking paths. Sundays the local farmer's market comes to the beach with unique food and craft stands. The neighborhood around this hotel is quiet and safe. We often walk to and from the Mall after dark without any fear. We travel a lot around the country and this is our favorite place to stay.
