First Stay
I spent three nights here with some friends and the hotel is older, really could use a facelift. The pool was nice, the pancake house good. Coffee shop opens too late and the bartender in the morning was rude when I asked for water. Next time I will stay at Buffalo Bills. Fun place but nothing for Cinco de Mayo. It was boring.

What happened to this place?
My wife and I usually stay here on our way back home from Las Vegas. We will stay the night because it was a good place to gamble, the rooms were okay, and a good place to rest over before the drive back home.On a recent weekend trip here's what we encountered:Scalding hot water only in the shower. The cold water nozzle was ripped off of the wall.No air conditioning in original room. Changed rooms, no air conditioning again....changed rooms. Finally a room that the air conditioning worked.Stayed an extra night because my daughter was sick. Guess what? They made us switch rooms....you guessed it, NO Air Conditioning! The restaurant at Primm Valley used to be a good casino ran higher end coffee shop. It has turned into The Original Pancake House.......It is more like a truck stop caf¿¿ now. Food is truck stop quality. The gambling bar at Buffalo Bill's used to be a friendly place to drink and play video poker.....now after (no kidding, I timed it) a twenty minute battle with the bartender that was totally ignoring me, I finally got her to give me a beer. It was amazing, I don't think she could hear or she didn't understand "Coor's Light Please"!Anyway, we were totally disappointed in the experience and will probably just drive by and wave as we pass Primm Nevada in the future.Tom

Comfortable, cheap and convenient
Just over the border from California and just off highway. This saves entering traffic snarls in Vegas if like us your destination is elsewhere. Like most Vegas Casino hotels it provides cheap accommodation (and meals) of good quality. Suited us as half way point to skiing in Utah after flying into LAX from Sydney and not wanting to drive any further on first day after tiring flight.Next door is Buffalo Bills which also has amusement park rides.

Fun affordable place to stay
Love coming to primm. Fun games to play on the casino floor. Great staff all the around.Must go to place is GP's steakhouse. The food is so beautiful you slmost dont want to eat it. Amazing food and dining atmosphere! Stop and stay and you will want to go back again and again, like we do.

Keep driving!
This was a stopover on the way to our drive though Death Valley. There are three hotels here but let's face it, it's more about the gambling. We chose to stay in this one because it's the most expensive of the three hotels and we thought we would get a better choice. Also it's attached to an outlet mall which can be a plus. The check-in and check-out were quick but the staff don't get any points from me -almost rude. Wow, for a casino hotel looking for travelers, they could use some customer service training! The room was ok, and bed almost comfortable. The bathroom was disgusting, and the counter almost falling off the wall. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning, The only plus was eating at the GP Steakhouse - the staff here were more than accommodating and the food delicious!
