Best EVER!!
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, the London treated me like royalty! I've never known such amazing and welcoming hospitality, and I've stayed at a LOT of hotels. But the London is not just a hotel, it's like staying with family! Needless to say, the London is where I'll call "home" whenever I stay in LA.First of all, Gordon Ramsey (on-property restaurant) was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the mussels and fries -- delicious!! Second, the rooftop pool is to die for! Sleek and beautiful with one of the best 360¿¿ views of LA, it's definitely my new favorite hang out spot. Mimosas in the morning by the pool, ahhh, there's nothing more relaxing.Last, but certainly not least, the concierge team is phenomenal! Kirk was the BEST!! He hooked me up throughout my entire stay -- cocktails, drivers, reservations -- whatever I needed! His service was nothing short of amazing!I will definitely be back!!

Living in Luxury
The London is worth every penny. It's a lovely hotel in West Hollywood with the feel of something outside the city.The service, from check-in to check-out, is exceptional. The rooms are airy, well-appointed and -- very clean. Great views, too. We "attended" a wedding in the hotel courtyard during our stay by watching from the balcony.The breakfast that's included is more than ample. Juice is fresh-squeezed and there are plenty of choices to satisfy varied tastes during a multi-day stay.Bathrooms are spacious and kept immaculate. Be sure to stop by the gift shop. Even if you don't buy anything, you'll love to browse.

Los Angeles Vacation at the London West
Above the best - every aspect of our hotel experience at the London West was outstanding (from breakfast buffet to lounging by the rooftop pool at midnight - with the best views of LA in the city). The hotel is extremely convenient to local hotspots - and within walking distance of many attractions and other great restaurants along Sunset Blvd. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful - and were proud of their hotel. And it was a great venue for special events - perfect because the event staff was on top of every detail to produce consistently memorable experiences.

The wow factor!!!
What can I say about this place!! totally perfect in every way, from the roof top pool, amazing room, the biggest bathroom I have ever seen, the view is to die for and it's in a great location (you can walk to all the super cool restaurants) seriously you can do no better than this place take my word for it....

Count Ramsey's food out of your decision
The hotel is lovely, rooms perfect, staff welcoming, smiling, helpful. The rooftop pool was heated and a pleasant spot over the city. The only down side to our stay here is that we use room service a lot and were counting on the food to be comparable to the hotels that Gordon Ramsey associates his name with in NYC and London. This is far from the case. Our food was inconsistently prepared so that we never knew quite what to expect even ordering the same thing 6 days in a row. We thought maybe if we went down to the restaurant that the food would be better but this was not the case. I ordered an omelet. I returned it to the kitchen when I was served a round saucer of egg with some cold ingredients laid on top. The waiter returned with the same thing. We then discovered that there are many, many wonderful restaurants very close to the hotel and there was no need to eat any more strange interpretations of basic dishes. It was disappointing to not have the convenience of enjoying room service, however, if you separate this from the hotel it has no blemishes.
