Home in paradise
We stayed 4 nights. The room ensemble was impressive, with a large balcony, large tv/dining room, kitchen, very large master bedroom, and probably the largest bath we had ever seen in the en-suite. We were very courteously met upon arrival and shown straight to our room without having to go to reception. Breakfast had a good range and was good quality. The restaurant ("Beyond the Sea") offered a wide range of Thai and Western fare, with a good wine, beer and cocktail range. All that we tried was of high quality and we enjoyed friendly, smiling service at each sitting. There are numerous pools to choose from, with plenty of couches and umbrellas for all guests. We also used the Spa for massage during our stay, and this was well worth the experience. So relaxing! There's not much to fault with ShaSa, and we always felt happy to return back to the room and hotel compound after being out, which is always a good sign. Other useful info: hotel transport to/from airport is THB1,200 and takes 35-45 mins. Hotel facilitated scooter hire for the day is THB300 and is well worth it. The true Koh Samui awaits you if you can find your confidence on Koh Samui's quiet streets.

Excellent resort to stay
My family visited the resort from 21/4/2013 - 25/4/2013 to celebrate my son's 1 years old birthday. The hotel has no hesitation to give a complimentary birthday cake to my son on 22/4/2013. The facilities in the room are excellent, you can wash and dry your clothes everyday. The foods in the restaurant are very good. We enjoyed the 3 swimming pools very much and the sea-view from the swimming pools are excellent. You may assess Wi-Fi everywhere in the resort. The facilities in the kid room are also excellent. My son enjoyed this trip very much. All the staffs in the resort are very helpful and with smiles all the time. But I have to say special thanks to the following staff in the resort :-1. Reception (Shima), she was very helpful to arrange a Muay Thai lesson for me. It was my unforgettable lesson with a thai trainer.2. The waitress in Beyond the Sea (I have forgotten the name). My son was too young and cannot sit quietly during lunch/dinner. She was very helpful and voluntarily to look after my son and let us to have some time to enjoy the food.I have no hesitation to recommend to my friends who want to visit Samui Island.

Excellent place to stay in Samui!!
We booked 3 nights + one day snorkling trip. The room is spacious 125sqm. with seaview. Food at Beyond the Sea is very good especially local dishes. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.The room is fully equipped with kitchenware , oven, stove, microwave even a mortar. Also washer & dryer are provided in every room type.

Fantastic Resort - Fantastic Service
I was truly impressed by the quality of the rooms (very spacious), grounds, facilities and service at the ShaSa resort in Koh Samui. The property is situated in a slightly quieter area just south of Lamai Beach but is easily accessible by car, or in my case, by scooter. From the moment you arrive on property you feel like the staff takes every item seriously and are extremely gracious and attentive. I only have positive memories of my stay there and will absolutely stay again.

Great place, great facilities, great details here
We were a group of 4 families, 19 persons came and had a good time stay 3 nights here during 6th-9th April, 2013. We were all very happy with super comfort, spacious, well designed suite room (we use 4 rooms of two bed rooms suites) which equipped with anything you can think about, e.g. side-by-side fridge with free minibar for first fill up, front load washing machine, clothe dryer machine, kitchen & cooking apparatus, Starbucks coffee bean (in bean, not ground) with french press glass and the Bodum coffee bean blender. In the toilet also has more than enough equipments, the only problem is that you have ability to find things or not, there were a lot of things in many cupboard.Service and staff here also excellent, they will try to remember your name, resembled to some famous hotel in BKK. Other thing - e.g. we always use the french press glass, the cup & etc.in froom, there will be staff come in to our room, I feel that twice a day, when we leave our room for breakfast and when we go out, to clean our room to be in good & tidy condition with refill the used up stuffs.The facilities outside room was also more than enough, with 3 picturesque swimming pools, 1 right size fitness, sauna room, kids room with good gaming tool.Having breakfast here was also great experience with their good various bread, good coffee, variety of cheese, salad with very good dressing, we always has long breakfast every morning.One suggestion is that it is better to rent a car and pick up from airport will be very convenience for having great time in Samui & in this resort.Lastly, I would recommend this resort to for any traveller to Samui Island.
