True Paradise
Just got back from 14 nights in Centara Villas samui, and all i can say is wow wow wow, what an amazing place. Cant wait to go back. We had a spa villa which lived up to our expectations. Villas were cleaned everyday and those added little extras made all the difference. Bed was massive!!!! Beach was absolutely beautiful. but most of all the staff were absolutely amazing, these people made our stay truely memorable, they made us feel so so special, couldnt do enough for us. We went half board, and although we ate outside the resort a few times this wasnt anything to do with the standard of food. The food was lovely and i have to say the first time i have ever been away and not been ill!!! If anyone that has been here before reads this, rosie the dog who has decided to make this place her home, is doing well, i fell in love with her, she is beautiful and i will miss her lots. Please if you decide to go here give her a little fuss and attention, she loves bacon and sausages, she is very friendly and so gentle so please dont worry about her being near you. I have never wanted to revisit a place that i have been to just because i have always felt the world is a big place and there is so much to see, however this place and the people and won my heart and i cant wait to return. The only thing i would say that you need to consider is....there are alot of steps at this resort so if you decided to go there and are not great on your feet, you need to request where your room is suituated.

Amazing!
Stayed here for over 2 weeks and wow! Its amazing! Stayed in Centara Villas Koh Samui last summer with my girlfriend. The rooms are big, the food is great and from the waiters to the cleaners, they are all very nice. We made a friend of one of the receptionist called "Tao".The rooms are clean and the beds are nice. You can rent a moped for like ¿¿7 a day. We never used the spa but we had a look in and looked great. Breakfast was brilliant, getting up and seeing the sun coming up with some egg on toast with sausages, bliss. There are 3 swimming pools, private beach and if you walk 2 minutes down the beach front you come across a little beach bar with seats and great atmosphere. If i return to Koh Samui and staying here. Thanks Centara for my amazing stay :)

Lovely clean hotel
This hotel is right on the beach and has 3 pools all nice although the pool sunloungers dissapear quick! The bungalows are lovely and big but only do double beds so if u want a twin its a no no! Drinks expensive head down tje hill to a little shop called jeans shes lovely and its half the price also eat at the fishermans its cheap and good food! Hire a jeep for the day from the travel shop at the fishermans the lady in there is lovely and helpful! Hotel staff dont speak good english at all but try their best! Breakfast is a big buffet and nice food Wifi only in reception or pool bar Nice place but a fair way from lamai or chewang

Overdue Review but Deserves the Credit
Myself and my Partner stayed here in Sept 2010, The holiday was a birthday gift from my partner and was my first time outside of Scotland. Paradise isnt the word for this place, we both fell in love with the hotels charm and of course the island of Koh Samui. The people are so friendly and welcoming it puts you at ease. We had a few problems during our stay we had an incident with the toilet in our villa but the staff were so helpful, really they couldnt have been any kinder, we were upgraded to a villa with a pool, which was gorgeous to say the least, even with this little glitch it took nothing away from our holiday, since Ive been on many holidays and this place still tugs at my heart strings. The Cool Bar has been mentioned many times in the reviews but I feel I must add to the many mentions as it does deserve them Doung and Un are a lovely couple who run the rustic quaint bar just along the beach of the hotel, but beware there are no real toilets to us it added to the experience for some, it may not. There is a little shop that serves some cans and bottles of drinks and bits and bobs such as sun cream just down the hill outside the entrance of the hotel which is handy if you are watching pocketmoneys :) We used the hotels shuttle service many times and were never dissappointed, the prices are fab and having reliable source of travel is a great plus for the hotel. It is out of the way but this to me can be seen as a positive on many levels, a retreat to the serenity of a quiet beach a place to relax and soak up the sun minus the hustle and bustle of Chaweng or even Lamaii altho Lamaii beach is much quieter than Chaweng both are worth the venture! The food at the hotel is yum-yum and so is the food at Barracuda or the Fishermans just down the road. Another interesting experience was the outdoor food market in Lamaii's town square - cant explain it but what an experience! (cannot fault the hotels shuttle bus to get there) The maids were very thorough and was lovely having fresh sheets every night to slip into. We had a 10 day stay and still didnt get everything done that we wanted to the island has so much to offer! Staff at the hotel are brilliant if you want ideas about what to do round the island or where you could go just ask someone they will give you tips and direct you to things you may not have found hadnt you ask (if you dont ask you dont get). Hope this review was helpful to other travellers :)Infact we loved it so much, we have booked our wedding here for next year! Cannot wait to return for our special day and I just KNOW that Centaras will make it perfect <3

i thought i was in paradise!
Absolutely a lovely villa and we very much enjoyed our stay! We had a deluxe pool villa overlooking the ocean, the view was stunning! The room was a little smaller than we expected but it was still decent, so it didn't bother us! The bed was massive and very comfy, we asked for foam pillows when we checked in, and they were already there when we got into the room! And also, a bag of snacks/ goodies was given complimentary on the day we checked in which was very nice too! The room had pretty much everything we needed and we couldn't ask for any more! This villa has 3 other swimming pools, the water was clear and cold, which was really good because you wouldn't like to jump into a warm pool while it's already 35C out there! Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices to choose from. The Reef Cafe in house was also superb, really fresh seafood! The villa also offers free kayaks and bikes to go explore with, as this villa is located in quite a quiet area of koh samui, so if you wanna go further around, you may also rent a motorbike or a jeep from the villa. Overall, this is a really great choice in the area and I would definitely recommend it to others! Really wish we could stay in this paradise forever!
