Surprisingly not bad
We stayed here just overnight while driving through to San Diego. We needed a room late and found this place on my phone. Check-in was easy and the price was good. The staff was friendly and offered us water at check-in. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of space for a pack&play. The breakfast was pretty standard, but the fresh waffles were a hit with my daughter. Not the Vegas luxury I would normally like, but it was clean, well-priced and the service was good.

A quick stay
We stopped here for just one night. The first room we were given, the sink was clogged and the beds were extremely hard. We called and asked for a different room. The beds were slightly better, but the toilet clogged the following morning. The breakfast was good, but that was the only highlight of our stay.

Renovated Very Good Hotel
We stayed there in January 2013, paid a very low price, and got a big suite with a separate kitchenette and a separate office space. Everything was new, clean, and modern - probably just renovated, judging by the old bad reviews. Good location and good breakfast. We did not have a chance to try the pool and hot tub. The young man at the reception was very friendly. The only problem we had was that the Wi Fi was slow from time to time.

Low Quality & Shady Clientele
Although the rates are a bargain when compared to the other hotels in Vegas, the quality of this hotel is definitely substandard. There are many shady characters (drug addicts) loitering in the parking lot, and some of the patrons of the hotel looked like the people lurking outside of the property. I wouldn't leave any valuables in the car at that place. The room was extremely small, and the air conditioner made way too much noise at night. The towels had an odd smell--cigars, perhaps (non-smoking room), but they looked clean. The room was reasonably clean, but the toilet handle fell off several times. The best part of the breakfast was probably the waffles. The eggs and sausage were rather hard and rubbery, and I wouldn't doubt that they were simply tossed into the microwave. To sum it up, I will not return to this hotel.

Quality Inn is a misnomer
My experience with this property was very poor. From several lights not working in the room to the hotel in some disrepair. From the bed (a flat hard place to attempt to sleep) to the sub-par breakfast.I know that often you get what you pay for but I had still expected better than I got. No questions like 'is there anything we can do', or how my stay was just run the card and a brief thanks.Would not recommend it and will not stay at this property again.
