Comfy two story townhouse
These apartments are a 2 min drive to arrowtown where there are great cafe's, restaurants and cute little shops. Downstairs there is a lovely kitchen with everything to self cater. A beautiful gas fire to keep you toasty and warm and a good size flat screen tv. There is also one good size double bedroom with ensuite and large wardrobe. Toiletries are supplied as well as dish washing and clothes washing powder to use with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is another double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds as well as a second bathroom. Closed garage space for one plus another car space.This location is 20ish minutes to queesntown and very close to winery's. Overall great value for three couples or a family.

5 people sharing a 3 bed apartment for a week
Whole group very happy with our stay. Great setting with mountain views from all rooms and a short (10min) walk into Arrowtown.House well furnished and finished, and perfectly clean. Good sized rooms, plenty of closet and hanging space and clever layout: kitchen opens to deck and front living room can open to outside as well. Kitchen well equipped (plus washer and dryer in garage) and more nice touches: everything from the basic (plenty of spare towels) and beyond (outdoor furniture, a fire place and good TV with 5.1 surround sound system). Decent free wifi allowance with reasonable charges thereafter.Shared facilities also excellent: a good gym, and 20m pool that one could actually swim laps in, plus a tennis court with good provided racquets and balls.Finally, excellent hosts: friendly with good advice on local activities and operators, and quick to respond to questions and requests. When we come back to the area it will be here.

Fantastic Accomodation
Fantastic option for Wedding Accommodation if you don't want to exchange a finger for staying at Millbrook.Stayed with two other couples and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Visited the lap pool on all three days to get the body temperature down as was magic weather in March when we were there. The apartment was very clean and tidy and would not hesitate in staying there again.

Wonderful Managers and a great stay in Arrowtown
On arrival we had note and directions to our apartment. The apartment was very clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom tastefully furnished and 5 minutes from the downtown area. A nice lap pool......unfortunately our stay was too short to make use of the pool. Views look across the valley to the mountains A very comfortable place for 2 couples.

A gem outside of Queenstown
This place is a home away from home. I've stayed here a few times just for this reason. The complex is located in the Butel Park residential estate. Some of the apartments are permanently occupied by owners. Depending on whether it is peak season or not, you have a choice of staying in 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments. Bedrooms not used are locked. If booking a three bedroom apartment, other bedrooms are located on the second level. There are ensuite bathroom facilities upstairs for these bedrooms as well. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had an ensuite bathroom, plus there was another guest toilet located off a hallway.There is a fully equipped kitchen (useful if you want to self cater) with breakfast bar and dining table. Doors open out onto a patio which has an outdoor table and chairs. There is a pull out pantry. The lounge room has gas fire heating - the floors are heated in the winter months. There is a huge wall mounted TV with a full range of Sky TV. None of the bedrooms have their own TV's. There is also a CD and DVD player. There are two large 3 seater lounge chairs, so plenty of room to spread out. The lounge room looks out to the Remarkables - such a fantastic view. Doors can open out - would be nice in summer months with the long daylight hours. If you drive, there is a garage with a remote controlled sliding door where you can park the car. There are laundry facilities in the garage including washing machine and dryer. The apartment wasn't fully serviced on a daily basis.Internet access is tight -first 100 megabytes is free, then they charge 20 cents a megabyte. There is also an indoor swimming pool, tennis court and small gym which can be accessed,It is about a 20 minute drive out of Queenstown, just past Millbrook. Nice if you don't like the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. It's not far from Coronet Peak and its ski field and is set amidst rolling green countryside. You can explore the area around it on foot. It is about a 20 minute walk to Arrowtown - you can of course also drive there. There are many walks around here, including the Sawpit Gully walk, Macetown walk, walk along the Arrow River, Tobin Tack and there are some nice cafes and restaurants in Arrowtown as well. There is also a supermarket located in Arrowtown. Staying in this area in Autumn is magical - the golden and russett colours of the trees are stunning.The place is managed by Scott and his wife Teresa, both friendly and down to earth, and more than happy to assist you if you need anything. Definitely would stay here again.
