Fine for overnight near the airport
This hotel is a bit dated but it is clean and comfortable and a reasonable price, with a free shuttle from the airport. Staff are pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is good, so worth considering if you need to be in the area.

Very nice stay
Very nice stay for 3 nights. Bed was comfy. What made the stay very good, was the staff. Very helpful, friendly and outgoing. A little bit aged hotel, but all the rest of the amenities ( breakfast, newspaper, and the supremely friendly staff, made up for it! I will definately stay again the next time I go to the coast!!!

Fine for a night
If you need a reasonable room for a night near the airport , this hotel works well. We were a family of three , so we booked a room, with a balcony. We had a nice view out to a park and it was quiet during the night. The breakfast is fine and included in the room rate. Our room was clean. Hint: the towels are up above the tub behind the shower curtain, we thought originally they had missed us. Free wireless, underground parking (also included) and a quick 8-minute drive to the airport (traffic willing). Courteous staff and several restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance if you need supper. Nice touch, the breakfast room is open all evening so for families, you can get take out and come back and eat in the breakfast area rather than cramped in your rooms!

Great location for foodies with great price and great staff.
This hotel located in a very convenient location in Richmond near Vancouver airport with free hotel shuttle, walking distance to all great food joints in the 3rd road/Westminster road, next to Richmond shopping mall, sky train and with a nice Japanese garden and track and field at the back. It's a perfect location for us. No need to drive or car rental for a short vacation here. Hotel staff is very friendly, especially front desk and the breakfast lady who settle here from Greek. Free Internet too.Love this price with a very great price and free parking too.When you stay at the balcony room ask for the back yard side. So that you can enjoy the Japanese garden view.

Stay before flight
Very impressed with the hotel and the staff considering the price we paid. A lot cheaper than a lot of the hotels in the area I have stayed in who service is not any better or even worse. Everything was as stated on their website. The staff were very helpful and gave us a room on the top floor overlooking the park at the back. The breakfast was good, better than what a lot of hotels put out and the shuttle service to the airport was on time and very quick. Will stay there again any time I am flying in or out off Vancouver airport.
