The best hotel and good location,
This is a good Hotel that i used to stay in Saigon, room is clean, reasonable price, good location, a lot of restaurant around by friendly staff and warmly welcome, good breakfast it is fantastic hotel among many hotel in Saigon.

Good location, friendly staff and tidy rooms
We stayed here for three nights in April. The staff were very friendly, we checked in early and this wasn't a problem. The room was tidy, it was also clean! Would recommend to travelers !! It was close to the war museum and other attractions. A nice park situated just down the road. 24hr mini mart over the road.

Not for family with small children
When we booked a room we also requested a baby cot. I would assume they'd be considerate of the fact that we have small children yet they put us in a room facing the street. At night the bar and other night life played music so loud until about 3am. The windows were single pane so my kids kept waking up. They moved us to another room the next day but was no better. Would not stay again.Bad:1) room near street, single pane window equals very noisy at night and day2) banging sounds and nose from futures being moved3) across from stairs so noisy from people running4) very slow elevator5) room smells of cigarette, coming from vents or a/c?6) hard uncomfortable bed7) a/c old and takes forever to cool room8) breakfast not worth it9) bed not even, slanted making it very uncomfortableGood:1) close to park2) close to Starbucks3) close Ben Thanh Market4) exchange money at reception

Ok Hotel, good service but quite expensive for the area and standard of room.
This was the first hotel we stayed in on our vacation and it was a good starting point. The staff were great particularly the door men. They spoke good English, were helpful with information about Saigon and one guy "Viet" even bought me a coffee when I asked him where I could get one early one morning. He simply yelled out to a lady across the street and she brought one over. The rooms here were ok but not great and the breakfast was also ok but not great. Overall I would say this hotel is a little overpriced. We booked a Mekong Delta tour through the hotel tour desk which our kids thoroughly enjoyed but I got very tired of being led by our guide from one sales area to the next. So the $250 or so that tour cost ended up being about half of what the day cost us.

a budget hotel
We a family of four stayed at this property for four nights. Overall its quiet a disappointment, in comparison to what you see at internet profile of the property. The entire setup is in budget mindset. The rooms are like corridor, the carpet on the walkways are having stinking smell.The bath room is ok. The breakfast have limited selection available. With all these limitations the hotel is kind of hamely too. the staff is well trained and energetic.The room rents are bit higher in comparison to other similar property in same street. The hotel offers unfairer us dollar to VND exchaange rates too. It varies from person to person, who is available at front desk.
