I stayed from 14th May and checked out on morning 17th May. As my group was heading to cu chi tunnel tour on the morning, we decided to leave our belongings at the hotel lobby under the lobby staff supervision. When I return at 4pm, I found out that my luggage has been opened and my Macbook Pro notebook has been stolen!!! The staff did not even take any initiative to help and did not even bother to call the management to settle my case. So my advise is to stay away from this hotel at all cost if you intend to go to Saigon.

We were originally booked into Tan Hai Long 3 and were then moved to Tan Hai Long 2 which had more rooms for us. Staff were very helpful, location is fantastic, breakfast was good, but Asian style. The lift was often out of order and my room didn't have hot water. I advised the staff who fixed it within the day. This hotel is in a great location and I found the bed very comfortable and the room very clean. I stayed in a suite which had a queen sized bed and lounge suite as well as spa bath.

I was stay this hotel around 12 days, I paid off full rent to them first 1 day .The day I had to leaved there to go to airport at 8 clock pm , so I come back Hotel at 7 pm let finish dresses (shower). I can not beleave this hotel did all my goods out of the room to the floor and take that room for the other people. I would say this Hotel No Education. DavidU>S>A

My friends and I arrived in Saigon at around past midnight. Since we didn't book any hotel, our taxi driver helped us by driving us to some hotels. We finally got to Hai Long 2 and checked their twin sharing/deluxe room. The male receptionist told us that the room is for for $75 a night. We asked for a discount and he gave it t us for $60. We thought we had a good deal since the room looked nice and they offered free breakast. Anyway, we checked in and settled in the room. After a few minutes of inspecting the room, we found out that it was dirty and not kept well. The bathroom was gross and the towels that they placed inside were not even cleaned well. My friends and I decided to stay there for the night so we can rest and find another cheaper hotel in the morning. The next morning, we got our free breakfast. I ordered their Seafood noodles...it wasn't really good. My friends even thought that it was just instant noodles served with 3 pcs. of shrimps. My other friend ordered toast with butter. Their bread was already stale. We didn't finish our breakfast and decided to go out to look for another hotel. Before going out, I got my valuables and placed it inside my small bag which I brought with me. I left my wallet and my other hand bag in the room. After that, we went out and found some good deals. We got the same kind of room for only $35 a night at another hotel. Anyway, we got back to Hai Long 2 before lunch to get our stuff so we can transfer to the other hotel. When we got to our room, we were happy to see that it was housekept already. But the dirty towels were still there. After that, while I was rummaging through my things, I checked my wallet to get some money. I found out that the only $100 bill in my wallet was missing. My other local currency was still intact. I got scared. I thought I misplaced it. I checked my small bag and found that it wasn't there. Then my friends suspected that the housekeeper might have gotten it. They told me that their bags were also opened because some of their stuff were not in place. To cut the story short, my money got stolen by the hotel's housekeeper. I told the female receptionist about it and she gave me this worried/pissed look. She said that there are four housekeepers on duty and that she's not in the position to investigate about it. She even told me that it's my fault. I know that. But the mere fact that their housekeeper opened our bags is not a good thing. I just hate it that the receptionist didn't even make an effort to ask their housekeepers. My friends even told me that maybe all the employees in the hotel get a portion of whatever these housekeeper/thieves get from their guests. So if you're staying at this hotel, I suggest you bring with you all your valuables. Don't even try to leave your things inside their safety deposit box. They will just open it anyway and steal from you. And to make your stay in Saigon much more better and memorable in a good way, don't even try to consider staying at this nasty hotel.

Great place along with great pricing and service. Cheap and in the middle of the Saigon.
