Perfect for my needs
I needed somewhere that was central, self catering, serviced and affordable for my family of 5 and this was just perfect. Manukau shopping centre was right across the street from us and Rainbows end was very closeby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were on the 6th floor and traffic noise was not a problem for us at all. Our room was facing the motorway but noise was not a problem for us at all.The only downside for us, was that we weren't informed that by using the sofabed in the room we would be charged $25.00 per day extra. However this did not put a damper on our stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Close to westfield Manakau
Very nice rooms with plenty of room, a bonus is the glassed in type conservatory which had great views over Manakau to Rangitoto Island. We found thestaff very approachable and came to our aid when the tv went a bit haywire. Parking is really great, make sure when you book that you request a park as they are limited I think it cost $5.00 nz per night, well worth it as a very secure building. Restaraunts are really handy, all within walking distance from the apartments.

Comfortable digs
Had a two bedroom apartment for a week. Up on the top floor on a corner so there was balconies on two sides.Great location, close to shopping centre, restaurants and the cinemas and importantly close to the airport and only two minutes from the southern motorway.Decent internet and the little kitchenette was functional.The only downside was the size. It was tiny and there was only one bathroom. The main bedroom had a double bed and the second bedroom had a kids bed. Hum! It was good for one but don't know about sharing.

Location Location Location
True to its name, this high rise apartment complex is next door to a major shopping mall, grocery stores and a multitude of shops, restaurants/bars ready to serve the visiting public. And best of all its right off the motorway and within minutes of Auckland Airport.

Aeroplane watchers paradise
I have stayed here many times over the past few years, always for work, and always look forward to it. This time I shared a 2 bedroom apartment with a colleague and I would have to say that I was a little disappointed with the size, we only had one 2 seater couch and a very small lounge. My only other compalint was my single bed was way too soft. On the plus side it is in central Manukau and relatively quiet - except for some street niose early in the morning on the odd day (as in street cleaners etc). If you are on the side of the building where the planes take off you can see the runway. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff and secure off street parking.
