best bali vacation!
my boyfriend and i decided to stay at Grand Avenue for our holiday to Bali for my birthday and our anniversary, and it is safe to say we couldn't have picked a better hotel! the service was EXCELLENT, we were greeted by the hotel staff on arrival and for the whole four days there - we were attended to with big smiles and tip-top service! the villa was just great - clean, HUGE, and had everything we needed for an awesome stay. i got their in-house massage as well, and the lady was really good.. she knew what she was doing and was really sweet too! overall, it was such a great experience staying there and if i were to go back to bali, id definitely stay at Grand Avenue again!

great hotel, just as you see in the photo
i went to Grand Avenue for my hotel, the trip was amazing, the hotel is really good. the villa is beautiful and clean we really had good time in the villa, the staff are great.The breakfast was not that good, it could be better, but nice and well done. the location is far from the city but, the hotel provide shuttl service, and this is really great.i recommended very much.

Relaxing and attentive service
After a long journey, the first impression was great with friendly smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile. Putu really made the stay worthwhile, making sure that our stay was calm, relaxing and hassle free. It can be a small trek to the main areas of Seminyak and Kutu but transport was convenient and good value for money. For good value, great service and some relaxing quality time; highly recommend this Villa. As it can be very private (I hardly saw anyone else but it is the quiet season..); this can be a major plus or minus depending on your needs. Can't praise Putu and the staff who made Bali a fun experience.. If you're looking a knowledgeable driver ask for Wayan..

Fantastic
My boyfriend and I stayed in a 1bedroom Villa and loved every minute of it. We were greeted and shown our Villa by Butu, who was so happy and cheerful and helpful in every way. The Villa was very clean, our bedroom had aircon already on and the outdoor bathroom was beautiful. The geckos were cute too.Everyday we had breakfast cooked for us in our Villa at a time of our choosing, but if you say breakfast at 9am, they will be there at 0830 to have it ready by 9am for you. Just a tip. In the afternoons a staff member comes to light mozzie coils (I think we saw 2 the whole time!).The room service menu is fantastic and gives you no reason to leave the villa if you dont want to.Massages were expensive (for Bali) so we went down the road about 5mins walk and paid 20% of what the hotel charges.The complimentary shuttle into Seminyak is great, although they only drop you off and not pick you up. Get a scooter, its more fun and cheaper in the long run.Overall we didn't hear or see many other guests as the hotel is very private, although is located about a 10-15mins drive from Seminyak, so if you want to be amongst it get a place closer into town. We wanted peace and privacy and got exactly that.

Peaceful and private with exceptional service
Grand Avenue is a tranquil escape from the madness around. We had a private pool villa and it was a perfect start to our holiday - but Putu and his team were what really made the place. We arrived just before midnight and were hungry, and he organised food for us from a local place, which was both delicious and cheap. Nothing we asked for appeared an effort, and the service was very much appreciated by us. Thank you Putu for a lovely few days. We will be recommending you!
