Hotel location is quite strategic in the midst of tourist destinations in the city center jakata.But please, DO NOT BE FOOLED by the outside of the hotel form a large and majestic, but for service, cleanliness, and the food is very disappointing.We staying for 4 days and 3 nights, and every single night when we're trying to get sleep, we always see a little COCKROACH at every corner of the room, at the bathroom, at the carpet, and the worst horrible thing is at our bed!!!! Really made us does not sleep well.Enough for 1 time we're staying at this hotel, and we will not come back again, assured for that!!!!!

The room very old old room, not recommended for vacation, hallway spooky feeling. Breakfast was awfull. Old hotel building, the furniture, bathroom, bed very very old.. . Very not comfortable.lift need renovation . Not recommended. Sorry to say. I guess this hotel need much renovation, and rebuild again..

My husband booked a room here because of the attractive photos of this hotel. Check in was somewhat smooth and lobby didn't look as bad. Once you get in the hallways, it seems like they allowed people to smoke in the room and hallways so there are cigarets burns all over the place including the room. Once we get to the room everything really looked old. Almost too gross to sleep in the bed, since bedding looked worn and off color. I can tell what used to be white is now brownish.... and sad. I just came from a the US and imagine how long I have been in the plane, I really just wanted to sleep. So before I did that I ordered room service, which was a few simple Indonesian food, like bakso (beef ball soup) and hot tea. They were okay but overly priced when portion was minimal. I went to sleep right away, at around midnight I woke up due to very loud music. It turned out there's a club just below me!!!!! I was on the 5 floor and there's a club right below me on the 4th!!!! I think it's a karaoke club. At midnight I got hungry again, and we decided to go outside for food. Thankfully there are vendors selling fried rice just across the street from the hotel. The vendor was sleeping on a bench, and someone had to wake him up. Anyway, we bought fried rice and brought it back to the room, since we didn't have silverware we called downstairs to borrow and guess what THEY CHARGE MONEY! I think they were charging around Rp. 10.000 for the silver AS IF I was going to steal it. After we ate the food, the music was still going on and very loud. We called downstairs at 4 AM and they said there's nothing they could do since with the rate I'm paying that is the room I get. HOW SAD! no one told me that if I payed that rate it's located above a club AND I would never be able to sleep! I couldn't wait to get out of this motel. I barely slept, just got off 25 hours plane, and here I am showering in their CHEAP shampoo and soap. No brand just cheap looking things. After getting ready we got in their elevator and there were 3 other people in there. On the way down in the elevator one of them farted loudly!! Incredible !! great!! So we went down to breakfast, which was okay. They served coffee and fresh fruit was the only thing I ate. Everything else didn't look appealing. The whole time my husband and I sat for breakfast this man was starring at me for about an hour and I have no idea why his perverted eyes were looking at me so much. I was not wearing anything revealing.We went back upstairs, in the hallways we see older man with prostitutes in the hallway. We saw rooms left open that looked like a crime scene with do not enter signs that looked like came from the police department. I know their pictures looks great, you are being lied to! this place is a dump! maybe the first time it was built this property was the best, but now it is simply the place for people to bring their prostitute and possibly do drugs in. The 24 hour club explains it all! WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN, WILL RATHER SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE. I hope they shut down this place ! DON'T STAY HERE BE AWARE! If I could give it a 0 star I would.

DO NOT STAY HERE...I really shock with this hotel... the room is very dirty and have a bad smell in all over the floor...this hotel management is very awfull, what they thinking about hotel industry and the hospitality? they dont have a passion in this business...Only the swimming pool looked okey, but the others facilities is very very worst.Sorry if i have to say, this is not hotel and i will never come back to this hotel until someone fixed it, because the hotel have a good location and infrastructure...

I stayed here for 5 days.On their website you have got a chance to see great impressive building and even more beautifull rooms,that's not true unfortunatelly!!! Horrible attitude and customer service, I must waiting almost 2 hour to enter my room and the front desk didnt give me a favor. freaky terrible smell in lobby,in lift and room.On the way to my room is so quite and scary.Carpet is dirty,Floor trap is stuck,Ceiling is leakin.My room was horrible and totally dirty.Breakfast disgusting,but the omellet was good.the bathroom was disgusting,you must askin for towel and tissue *sigh*. There's no glasses in room,so you must order by phone *so poor"!! no wi-fi!! Definitely not recommended!!!this hotel has the crappiest service I ever experienced. :(this hotel is not good for your health! dont stay here!!
