One week work trip not to bad at all
I stayed here for a week for work, the rooms where quite spacious felt a lot like something you could permanently live in and not just an apartment, it had a very homely feel about it.It was in a good spot close to pretty much everything.If I was doing business in Melbourne again I would happily stay here again.The only downfall was the bathroom door wouldn't close properly to the 2 way bathroom, when sharing with a work colleague it wasn't the greatest.

Booked a suite to share with my sister in law when she joined us on our holiday. Booked it through last minute.com which was a great way of doing it. Arrived 2hours before checkin to be informed that they had already checked us in and upgraded us to a corner suite.Warm, comfortable environment with a small deck outside. Due to it being a serviced apartments it had full laundry facilities in the apartment which was really hadn't after travelling for a while.Beds we only queens but still very comfortable.16 floors later we were looking out over Melbourne with some of the most spectacular views.We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms which made life easy. 20 mts walk down the road was the free tourist tram and 300 mts walk was the train station / air port sky bus.Highly recommend to all.

not happy
stayed there for a friends 50th .The carpet was stained , problems with the dvd player and sterio not working poor views. There was construction work at Etihad Stadium that went all night and kept us awake, when we mentioned the faults to reception they were not very helpful. Will not stay there again will pay the extra for better facilities. Usually there are information folders in the rooms detailing places of interest, instruction manuals for the tv dvd player ect where to dispose of rubbish ,but there was nothing and the staff were not forth comming with assistance.

Lack of character but fair price
We stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom apartment on 16th floor. Paid extra for the dual aspect however one side looked at office building only. Good size and easy location. Price was ok for what it is. The staff were polite enough but not very forthcoming with information and it is annoying that they are gone by 6 so you can't get assistance/info if needed. We found it odd that they skimped on the number of towels, crockery etc. Would possibly stay again but will check out other options first.

BEWARE - This is not a hotel!!
This is not a hotel. This is just serviced apartments being rent out of a residential building. Pool access is only for residents. We had a terrible time with security and other party goers making loud noise. Weren't able to have a few friends over without security knocking on our doors!The actual residents of this place seem to be very rude and upset (as expected if i lived there) and seem to go out of there way to make our experience as bad as possible. Will be making a complaint to these peoples advertising it as a hotel when clearly its not.
