Not Recomendable very disappointed.......
I stayed for four nights at the hotel, it was good that we were out the whole day and just came in to sleep as the room and the bathroom was very small..... Also on the day of check in we were asked for credit card details or a deposit of 50¿¿¿ as security....... On the last two days of our stay we got calls from the front office asking to come down and have breakfast and the housekeeping came in without knocking........ And last but not the least we heard the lady receptionist asking few guests for city tax which was not applicable..... And on the day of our check out the owner happened to be at the reception and he didn't ask us for any city tax...

A good stay, clean and good location
I stayed there for 3 nights with Eurostar break. Good location and clean hotel. From my top floor room we got a small view of the Eiffel tower. The hotel is in safe neighborhood with lots of fairly budgeted restaurant nearby. I like the breakfast area very cute, small and compact. Attentive service.To summaries , its a good stay.

Okay for a base, but wouldn't return
Quite hard to find hotel as is down a dodgy street and is a good 15 minute walk to the metro. Some staff members we encountered were friendly but one in particular was very rude and patronising (woman with dark short hair). Room was small but clean and we had fresh, clean sheets on every day, bathroom was also modern. Only issue was the train the ran next to the room - couldn't open window as the noise from the train would keep up awake but was too hot with it closed. It is true that the walls are paper thin, we often heard couples getting raunchy in there rooms which was very awkward! We had a queen sized bed but were surprised to find they had just pushed two beds together...Breakfast was included on our 3 day visit to Paris, but it was very basic. Tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, 3 cereals, 2 halfs of a baguette, 2 croissants, jams and brioche. When we arrived to check in the woman asked to see our ID and my partners credit card as security... bit concerned now after people have mentioned they have been charged on their cards after they left so will be keeping an eye out! Also, we were shocked to learn we have to pay 'local tax' when we checked out which came to 4 euros for our 3 day stay.

Small, Cozy but Convenient
Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was rather small but the location was very convenient and most off all the hotel was clean. Fresh towels each day and the breakfast was decent. Metro was 10 minutes walk and shopping malls near by. The price for the Hotel was very reasonable and staff were friendly.
