From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the service was outstanding - from the bell-boys who greeted us and assisted with the luggage, to the receptionists and the duty manager, all who made us feel extremely welcome. Any requests we had, such as directions to various places of interest, location of hotel faclities etc., were immediately attended to with the utmost willingness.The room was excellent with a superb view. It was extremely clean, as was the shower and toilet and the amenities provided in the room and bathroom were more than adequate.The hotel itself is a superb set of buildings, beautifully designed and executed in a variety of styles which makes it unique. The various courtyards, gardens and open spaces are beautiful and it is only a very short stroll from the various wings to the waterfront. Superb!Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to cater for both Asian and Western tastes and the service from the staff was extremely friendly and attentive.All in all, an outstanding hotel and we cannot recommended it highly enough. We will certainly stay there again when passing through Kuala Lumpur.

Came for a meeting over the weekend & stayed overnight. First, just couldn't appreciate the architectural design..so confusing. Car park has no direct access to the lobby.The beds were relatively small for so-called 'premier hotel'. Had chance to taste buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner but choices were limited & so so only.The good thing is you can keep your kids occupied in a game room. Wii games available but can be frustrating waiting for your turn cause there is only one station.Kid's club situated nextdoor for small kids is another option offered here.Free wifi available throughout the hotel.All in all, it is an average hotel to stay. Definitely not for leisure cause far from anything. Maybe just good enough when you have an occasion here.

Check In date was 13th April 2013.Room No.: 5206 Bunga Tanjung WingThis is a big mistake if you choose executive room. The room is not a problem but the major problem comes with the benefit of the executive room and the personal do not know how to handle/solve the problem which arose by them.The check in process considers fast because I just need to wait 1 person, maybe the time already nearly 4pm. After we checked in to the room, the problems arise:1. As per advertised ¿¿¿Welcome drink upon arrival¿¿¿.Fact : There is no body will inform you where to get your welcome drink until we open our mouth to ask. 2. As per advertised ¿¿¿Complimentary fruit basket in the room¿¿¿.Fact: There is no complimentary fruit basket in the room until we open our moth to call 2 times to the reception. 3. When we went down to the executive lounge for the welcome drink (also included in my room package) but shocked by nobody in the front desk of the club lounge and only 1 person in the dining area tidy up the table and rudely informed us the club lounge is closed now. (What? The time is only 4:30pm and why the club lounge has closed?).Then I walk out to the reception counter and only be informed the club lounge is closed now and we can get the welcome drink in China Bar (this is the open bar for public). Then I asked further to the lady (finally I know she is the floor manager) and so shocked she was saying the club lounge of Pullman Putrajaya does not come with the all day complimentary drinks compared to other hotels practicing now in the market! Then I ask why you allocate so many table and chairs in the club lounge? The funny answer was given the club room guest can enjoy seating in the club lounge while they need to pay every drink there! Further she said please come on 5:30pm as there is complimentary cocktail/alcoholic drink and snack for 2 hours in the executive lounge.The big joke came on 5:30pm, NOBODY in the executive lounge. I have tired to walk out and ask the lady again. So I use my mobile phone and call to the reception counter to ask why the executive still not open yet for the evening cocktail time? Then I have informed they have ¿¿¿moved¿¿¿ the executive lounge to China Bar for today, so I walk out to the China bar for the benefit which they promised earlier.Then after we served by a waiter for a drink and ONE set of snack/refreshment which consider done their job!Yes, this is the service by Pullman Putrajaya. To be fair to the hotel, I must say this is a beautiful hotel with various type/theme of room. The whole compound are giving a relax holiday feel. The location is good overlooking the lake and can relax walk around lake side.Room: We have assigned to Bunga Tanjung wing, beautiful Malay theme room is not so spacious but comfortable. Air-cond is cold enough.Bathroom: Small but clean. No bathtub (5 star hotel). The water pressure is weak, spoiled shower head, the water will split from the side when you showering.Door Lock : The extra lock very fragile. Easy drop off when you pull it lightly. (Please see the photo attached) I have doubts about the security of the room.I have no idea where went wrong about this stay. Frankly speaking the staff are friendly especially the staff in the breakfast and the staff in the lobby after dark (he will automatically open the door for us whereas the doorman in the afternoon just choose to ignored us). The lady manage also have a patient to listen my complain but ended up no even 0.1% effort made by her, very disappoiting.My conclusion is 5 star hotel brand name, 5 star hotel surface and its surrounding, 4 star furniture and fitting in the room, 1 star of the service and the handling skill for customer complain.

We stayed there about a year ago and it was really great to be back and notice that actually things have got even better!Loved the entire experience from the friendly and humble staff to the gorgeous rooms and the quality of the food.To the entire team at the Pullman, please keep it up and hopefully we can come back soon again :-)

I was here for work for 2 days. The design of this hotel is like a chalet where guest can move around in open space from one block to another. However U can easily get wet when it's raining because I can't used the shortcut and need to follow the covered area to get anywhere. It's happen to us when we want to go back to the seminar room after lunch at the cafe, can't used the open stairs. I love the room size and the bathroom decoration. It's make you feel like heaven. I did enjoy the stay and might stay at the hotel again if I have work in Putrajaya in the future.
