Love this place!
Have just returned from another stay at this wonderful place - we will definitely be returning again. Our two bedroom unit was great, had everything we needed in it and more. Love the facilities here - even though it's getting cooler we enjoyed the pool and the spa as well as swimming at the beach. We were extremely lucky with the weather for this time of the year which just topped of a fantastic break. We really appreciate that we are allowed to take our elderly dog with us here, Ben and Nicky are just so accommodating and helpful. You only have to cross the road for most activities and right next door is a great bar/restaurant. Great place and really lovely people. Thankyou!

Great place, even better management!
We stayed here about 2 weeks ago now, in a 2 bedroom beach front apartment and what can I say?? what a great place. Ben the manager showed us to our gorgeous apartment overlooking Paihia beach front. He was extremely helpful, full of local knowledge and made our stay a real pleasure. We spent part of the afternoon using the facilities which included a dip in the rather cool pool, but it was a lovely April afternoon and we soon warmed up admiring the view from the hot tub. We'd like to thank Ben for such a great stay, we will be back and we recommend the lovely Edgewater and surrounding area to anyone.

Another great stay
Back to our favourite spot in the Bay of Islands for another amazing weeks holiday. The room was wonderful last time, but this time it was even better with new carpet and paint scheme. Nice and spacious apartment with all the things we needed. Nicki & Ben were very welcoming and helpful.

Sunny with Sea Views
Units were well presented immediately with great lush tropical type grounds .We used the spa pool several times and the view from the spa over the pool and on to the sea was impressive.Unit itself was clean and tidy with great utensil's and a well set up spacious kitchen and open plan lay out. Beds were big and comfortable. Bathroom and shower had functional and clean lay out. Great restaurant next door and town an easy walk.Hosts were friendly and approachable at all times.
