Value for money
This property is good value for money, and is the biggest one in Lovina. Service is good, though rooms need some improvement. Breakfast is average. Right next to black sand beach. It's a great stopover in the North and especially if you looking for dolphins, you can order boat from the hotel.

Great for dolphin hunter but the hotel need an improvement
Im stayed the hotel for one night and my main purpose is want to see the dolphin. I can see there is a lot of dolphin in their beach. Magic moment for me. But its depends on luck also. Sometimes the boatmen said, there is no dolphin showed up. For the hotel, really need an improvement. The toilet was dirty, the hotel cafe was dirty also. Im found a rat on their cafe. The breakfast also quite bad. Its not buffet. But they give us a list of menu on what we want to eat. Bt my journey was worth it because i can see a lot of dolphin.

Not a 4 star.
Toilet very old and dirty, the room even old is not bad, restaurant is dirty specialy the covers on the tables, and the beach is not nice.The hotel is old and really needs to be restored, maybe then probably we can enjoy it.The gardens still ok.

jump for dolphin
we stayed at this hotel for two nite, that's my first experience stay at Singaraja. Of course we want seen the dolphin, but forget it if you wanna seen for some reason they don't show up when lot of boat. For the next day my cousin seen the dolphin and that little bit boat.The hotel was okey, more spacious garden. The pool at beachfront and there's restaurant, great. But, I don't like the room. little bit dirty and old.

Decent but in need of a little refurbishing
Our first impression as we drove up the long driveway to the hotel is that of a poorly maintained hotel. Granted the hotel was a little dated but that is no excuse for it to be spoiled by potholes in the driveway and badly chipped stonework lining it. When we checked into our Superior room, the air conditioner was broken and rattled loudly. On the positive side though, was that we were immediately upgraded to a villa as replacement. Even the villas were showing signs of aging, with power points that were not working and small 21" CRT curved screen TVs which really belong to a bygone era. Breakfast was definitely a notch or two down from what we have become accustomed to in other Balinese hotels of similar rating and price range.Tip: The hotel charges about twice the normal going rate for dolphin watching, citing guaranteed safety. You will most probably still get out to sea on a jukung (narrow outboard motor powered outrigger fishing boat). For a cheaper quote, just take a walk down the beach and negotiate with the boatmen directly.
