Avoid at all costs!
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.Firstly, although pre-paid, they cancelled my reservation without any reason given. After apologising, they created a new one and checked me in.The hotel failed to take my credit card details at check-in, therefore I was unable to order any room service unless I went to the restuarant in person (seven floors down) and paid up front. Together with this, the resturant staff were quite rude.And finally, despite it being advertised as having free wifi in the room the hotel did not honour this. Hotels.com have since reimbursed my for this and I am grateful, but it is yet another bloack mark against the hotel.Whilst the hotel's location was brilliant for my needs and is very conveinient for business guests, the overall pool level of service leaves me with no other option that suggest you avoid it at all costs.

Near train quiet at night clean. And safe
Well this is not a 4 star hotel but it is quiet and close to transportation 8 floors in a business districtHotel offers free breakfast buffet with your roomI would stay again here if the price was lower Room was clean small LCD tv. No English channels other that 2 news channels CNN BBCA grocery store is closely and you have mini fridge to load up do you don't have to go out for a $100 lunch or $30 beerMy advise is to buy a 2 day pass for the train and within 20 mins you can be at the Louve or the Eiffel Tower My air conditioning didn't work and in late April it got too hot but windows opens so no big deal

Nice selection in Paris
We had a early flight to Paris, and the hotel allow us for early check in in the early morning.It is very helpful with our kids for the good rest.The location is great, only 2min walking to metro, and convenient to reach the city center.A nice farmers ,market and supermarket aside.The breakfast with both Eastern and Western styles, both are great.The room is not and clean. However, we met the breakdown of our refrigerator, causing all food inside not able to eat. Fail to receive timely feedback or refund from the hotel. The only disappointing point from the hotel.

Rude waiters
We checked in as a group of pilgrims.We understood that water is very expensive in Europe but since we are staying in their hotel,the staff should be accommodating and do everything to satisfy the needs of their clients.But when I asked a waiter to fill up my water bottle to bring with me in a trip.The waiter rudely answered that he can not give us because he is busy.I don't that that is a right response.Another member of our pilgrimage complained about an unknown guest got into their room while they were inside the room,how can that be, do they have the same key? The next we were given boxed breakfast, instead of a buffet but the bread is really,really dry,the apple is tart,all in all aside from the waiters, the room is comfortable, bathroom is clea.

Excellent location
2mins walking from metro line3,right next to an Italian restaurant and a grocery store. The rooms are pretty big and clean. The guests are mostly Asian, so the lobby could be loud at times. Excellent breakfast.
