this hotel is a good and not expensive hotel. it was difficult first time to found it the adress is not exact it is a croisement of two roads.the service was good.no possibility of swimming pool.the area of the hotel is ideal for business trip and all the big mall and stores are around ( Carrefour, I Gigli, Decathlon)

Needs some upgrading
This may be a budget hotel however the cleaniliness in the room is next to zero. The carpets have stains and the visity of dust is everywhere on each item in the room. The service in the restaurant is slow. There is lack of wifi in the rooms though you may get it in lobby.

Average budget hotel
The location - 500 metres from the Calenzano exit on the A1 - is good if you are travelling by car, less if you are a tourist wanting to visit Florence. The hotel is an industrial area: if your rooom faces the back you'll be annoyed by the noise of freight truck loading and unloading. Nevertheless, room was large, and so was the bathroom. For 90 euros/night (breakfast included) a fair choice.

Industrial area hotel "in the middle of nowhere" - definitely not in Florence
The hotel is in a large and 100% industrial/commercial area on the other side of Florence's airport. Do not consider this to be a hotel in Florence. As a fair comment: A train station that serves Florence trains is nearby. Even with the artsy upgrade of this place, the hotel is actually "kinda" run-down and needs serious modernization and upgrading. Rooms were overheated in winter, very dry air ... mini-bar water is expensive. Outstanding front desk manager was the highlight and sticks out. Here are a few more observations:- Restaurant is relatively expensive; particularly in light with competitive offers in the area and considering the no-frills charme of the place- WiFi is an extra charge- Spa is a 20 Euro extra charge

Good Florence-area hotel on our tour
We stayed at this hotel as part of our Trafalgar tour of Europe, as our overnight stop between Florence and Switzerland. The hotel was very clean and artistic. The rooms were very large and clean.It is not located in the heart of Florence (it is northwest of Florence), but with our guided tour, this did not matter to us.
