We stayed different times at the Peppers in Palm Cove since getting married here in 2011 and cannot fault it. This is our little getaway from Cairns. We love the rooms, the pool with swim up bar and the relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast and awesome food in the restaurant. Very attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel. We had friends and family stay here too and they are equally in love with the hotel and can't wait to return. This is our favourite place in Palm Cove and we will definitely return again and again.

This is my second visit to Peppers Palm Cove and once again I have left the resort feeling refreshed and relaxed. One of the beautiful things about Palm Cove is that you can do as little or as much as you like, so on this occasion I was more than happy to spend the days relaxing by the beautiful lagoon pool and wandering up and down the esplanade of an evening "menu shopping" with an abundance of excellent eateries. The staff were very polite and helpful and the room was great value for money, my only criticism would be that drink prices at the swim up bar in the lagoon pool are far too steep and discourage you from taking advantage of a truly standout feature of the resort.All in all, I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Palm Cove.

Have just returned form a week in beautiful Palm Cove. Perhaps we have been spoilt by 5 star resorts in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philipines as we where some what disappointed by the standard of the rooms in this 5 star resort. Whilst our room overlooking the Serenity Pool was spacious the furniture in the room was below par. The lounge room furniture was scuffed and uncomfortable. The kitchen whilst fully equiped was old and dated the same could be said for the bathroom. With so much unusable room in the apartment it was disappointing to not have a more roomy bathroom with better lighting. The resort has recently introduced coffee machines into their rooms similar to Nespresso machines, which is a nice touch however you have to pay for the coffee you use which given the price of the rooms I feel is a bit of a joke. All that said we did have a wonderful time, Palm Cove is such a gorgeous place with so many food options and such a laid back feel about it.

I received the Mother's Day special package as a gift, with an upgrade to a sea view suite. The apartment was extremely spacious and had everything you could need. Two bedrooms, bathroom with shower (unfortunately no bath tub), separate toilet, spacious kitchen, with all appliances and kitchen gadgets for self-catering, dining area and very large lounge area. To die for view from the very large balcony facing the ocean, right on the beach. Also another balcony overlooking pool behind both bedrooms. Included was a complementary bottle of champagne sitting in an ice bucket on our arrival and free dinner for me. Rates included a very decent buffet breakfast. Hotel is very large, going well back into the property, with gorgeous internal area with very different 3 swimming pools, one with a swim-up bar, tennis court and gym. Onsite spa with various treatments available. Underground carpark. The main swimming pool area behind reception was quite beautiful and a very pleasant area to pass an hour or two.On the negative side, was there was no TVs in the bedrooms, which astonishingly have faux timber floors not carpet. Also the white shutters that could be moved across the sliding glass doors in the bedrooms did not block out enough light for a decent sleep in. The food at the Lime and Pepper Restaurant was really amazing. The German executive chef, Thomas Ege, has a truly inspiring menu with the most unusual and delicious combinations of flavours. However, I would have liked to see more seafood main course choices on the menu, like squid, octopus etc. There is also a lobby bar for a relaxing late afternoon drink or two .

I felt like I was abroad - had a great vibe though everything was clean and lovely. First impressions were good, check in was easy, the room was clean, fresh and modern. We had a spa on the balcony and a view over the pool. Having arrived just after lunch we wandered the epsplanade looking for somewhere to eat though everywhere was closed for food, except Lime and Pepper, Peppers in house restaurant. Food was ok, but was thankful for the option.Only issue was standard of housekeeping - not enough towels, sand was not cleaned from shower and glasses were not changed for clean ones.Swim up bar was great, only issue was the cocktails were a little pricey. We would have spent MUCH more money on them if they were a few $ cheaper each. Breakfast was average.Overall though, FANTASTIC!
