Great stay and great price!
The rooms were great, had everything you needed and were comfortable. Parking right out the front (you have to be quick), and a great view of the golf course. Restaurant was first class, you won't be disappointed although desserts need a description, waitress was unsure of what they were aswell. Breakfast was pricey but had everything you needed. Rooms were serviced daily also. Nice and quiet other than a whirring noise in our room, but bearable.

We keep going back - love it!!
This is the second time we have stayed at the Comfort In Fairways. In June 2012, a group of us stayed there as our sons were playing basketball at the Snakepit in Wollongong and found it very accommodating. In early March this year we returned for the same reason. A couple of families stayed in family rooms which by all accounts were great. My family and another were offered a 3 bedroom apartment as there weren't anymore family rooms available and we were so glad that we agreed to take it. The apartment slept the 8 of us comfortably. The best thing about it was the private courtyard with a BBQ. It was fantastic. We had a great couple of nights relaxing in our own space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was a huge living area and flatscreen TV to entertain the kids. We will definately be booking Room 122 again.

Nice motel with good rooms
The motel and room was modern and well kept. It also had lots of extra's such as pool and tennis court for kids. The views overlooking the golf course was quite nice and peaceful. Would stay here again

Quiet location with beautiful view of golf course
We stayed for 1 night to visit the Kiama lookout and Nan Tien temple -- both of which were excellent experiences! This is a "typical" motel beside a golf course. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The best part of the view of the golf course from the bedroom window. One minus point is that they charge you for wireless internet ($5/MB) without informing you upfront.

Fine for golf
Apart from golf I can't really see why you'd stay here. It's pleasant, quiet at night and the outlook to the golf course is lovely, but it's a drive - not a walk - to anywhere. Fairly pricey for the standard. There is a disconcerting collection of plumbing noises early in the morning, so if you're a late sleeper, you may be disturbed! Food in the restaurant is reasonable, but expensive for the quality, unless you go for the 3 course set price menu.
