Great stay with little regret
Very good and fast customer and room service the hotel has. The breakfast is yummy. We love it. Besides, it is Easy to grab a bluebird taxi to go anywhere too.The only regret i has is this hotel has only 3 ironing boards. Meaning if someone borrowed it and didn't return, other guest can't use it. I would suggest that the room service should collect the ironing board from the customer who has borrowed it.I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. And waited and requested the iron to be sent to my room almost twice everyday. And still, the feedback was customer did not return it. I was in my business trip, and you can imagine how was my blouse look like.

avoid like the plague
By a mile, THE worst Ibis hotel I've ever set foot in - an eyesore by every measure and a stain on the Accor chain's repute. As if the horrible location, decrepit condition of the building exterior and mosquito ridden lobby and restaurant area isn't bad enough, the rooms are damp, dingy and badly maintained. The bedsheets in mine were stained in a repulsive way, the towels like sandpaper dragged through cement grinder and the shower pressure like a tinkly fountain. I thought I'd drown my sorrows in the swimming pool only to think twice after dipping my toe in the water there. Run away a mile.

Good Service & Need to Renovate and Upgrade Hotel Quality
Stayed for 1 night, and had late check in. Did not realize that hotel fully booked during my stayed. reception staff was very friendly, and did not need to take much time to have my room card. Going up with bellboy, he was also very friendly and knew from him the hotel first launched in 1994.The room price was good. the room was meet the standard, and spacious enough for ibis level. amenities provided were simple enough, but need to be improved since i could not find the toothbrush set in bathroom.location nearby the hotel was good, near to jakarta expo kemayoran, monas, and gambir train station.try to dine in the restaurant, the variety of food and beverage was good. indonesian and western food were there. ordered fried of gurame fish and grilled red snapper. both have a delicious taste. price for the food and beverage was slighlty overprice, lucky as an accor advantages plus member, i got discount 50% off for food and 15% for beverage.my suggestion, the room quality need to be upgraded (bed quality, room furniture quality, water shower pressure) for fresher look and achieve guest expectationoverall, the service was awesome, just need to renovate and upgrade room quality.

the room is too small
thank you for your service as long as i stay there. i am satisfied with the service of the staff hotel the accuracy and speed of services such as check in, check out etc. It is my pleasure to have time there. i am not satisfied only one thing the room is too small for my trip.

i was stay at Ibis Jakarta kemayoran on 19 - 20 March 2013, good location, the room was clean, service was good, especially for reception who help me to print out my file, and bellboy his name Aman. everything is exellent.
