Superb place to stay for a business traveler
Spacious apartment, nice view & comfortable.I love this hotel and i cant say how friendly the staff. Super place to stay in Dubai .clean! and very good location .close to the metro burjuman shopping center.

A good base for exploring
I visited this hotel with 5 other girls as a hen weekend. Very impressed with the location; loved the rooftop terrace and although we didn't use the gym, there was plenty there including Jacuzzi. The rooms were huge, we shared two rooms but could have easily shared one. Everything from fridge to washing machine and iron was included. Shower was great and the beds were comfy. The breakfast didn't include a huge range but what was there was nice and for the price pretty good. The staff in the main were helpful; ordering taxi's and giving directions. We found using the metro was the cheapest way to travel and there is a station about a 5 minute walk away. There is a supermarket directly opposite that sells everything you might need; and a mall within easy walking distance. The reviews of this hotel don't really do it justice, I would happily stay here again; pleasing 5 women on 13 hours sleep in four days- no easy task!

superb stay!!!
The apartment was fantastic - a great alternative to staying in a hotel room. Everything was clean and also very quiet. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and the nearest shopping mall the same. I would certainly stay again. Moreover the staff at the reception was very very helpful and friendly always at our service .

DO NOT STAY HERE
Day staff here are as good as they come but the night shift are just plain rude and run the hotel like a prison camp, They are insulting and will scream across the reception area and corridors at residents for id and status and have absolutely no service mentality. If you value your dignity and self respect DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be treated like a moron.

DO NOT BOOK!
5th floor 3 bedroom apartment for 5 guys - spacious & bearable yet far from luxurious. Rooms are very old and dated & particular reception staff are extremely rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. Our rooms were only cleaned on a daily basis due to the fact we had to complain everyday just to receive fresh towels! Save your money and stay away from this apartment. The professional pictures taken of their hotel are deceiving!
