Great if you are going to visit the "little Hong Kong" of Richmond
The city of Richmond - where the Vancouver Airport is located, also has a high concentration of Hong Kongese and Chinese populations. The hotel is right across from the Aberdeen mall (Aberdeen is a city in Hong Kong, direct translation as "little Hong Kong"). It's a great place if you want to get a taste of HK for its authentic food, and boutiques. Right next to the hotel is also a Taiwanese supermarket called T&T. Excellent location if your activity area is all about the city of Richmond. Save us a lot of gas. Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is also pretty good. Would stay there again.

Great Location
Spacious clean room. Very quiet. Friendly desk staff. Great location 1/2 block from sky train. Had a room on top floor facing the river & Airport so it was a nice view. Not sure what the lower floors are like with sky train running right in front of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Reliable and welcoming
My wife and I often need an overnight stay close to Vancouver airport. Over the years, we have tried most mid-to-upper range hotels. We recently stayed at the Radisson and found it very efficient, with large modern rooms and the front desk staff knew us by name from the first arrival. Buffet breakfast much better than the run-of-the-mill airport eateries. It was quiet and close enough to the airport as to be convenient.

OK hotel, but with some issues
We arrived late into YVR and finally got to the hotel when the shuttle finally turned up. Finally got to our average room around 1.30 pm. No water in the room so I tried the vending machine on two different floors and neither of them were working. (And pipe work in the vending rooms was leaking.) No drinks available at the front desk either. Rooms were OK, though the bedspread and cushion throws looked dirty.There is virtually nothing in the area for travellers, so the only breakfast option is in the hotel restaurant. It was ok, but overpriced. The hotel has a good gym with decent equipment. The shuttle service is to a timetable, not on demand, and is not that frequent. So factor this into your travel plans. The location is good for the excellent Skytrain into Vancouver, and the hotel price was pretty good for our booking at short notice.

Nice hotel with a good location
This hotel is located in a Chinese community. I booked a 2 beds accessible room and during the checkin, they mention that accessible room is available for a King size bedroom only, so I just upgrade the room to a suite with one king bed and a queen size sofa bed outside the main bedroom. We also got a high floor accessible suite, which is quiet and not many traffic.The location of this hotel is very good for Chinese Restaurant and shopping. There is a Japanese market next to the hotel so we can get water, soda, bread, cake there.
