Perfect for family with kids
We were so happy with our stay at the Hilton. The location was just a short walk away from Universal Studio and City Walk. There was also a free shuttle going to and from the Universal Studio and back to the hotel which my parents liked so much. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and plenty to choose from. My kids enjoyed the pool and their coffee/snack shop with krispy kreme donuts. Overall, our stay at the Hilton was great. We definitely would be coming back.

Good location, comfortable room
For leisure purposes this hotel is fine, hourly tour bus pick up from outside hotel and easy 5 minute walk to Universal Studios.We had a corner Universal facing room which was most comfortable, spacious and roomy. The Bistro/cafe was very good and the waiting staff were very helpful. The food was good.Being a Hilton Gold Honors a continental breakfast is provided which vouchers are issued. There is the option to upgrade, however if you don't take this you are brought a selection of items by a waiter. It seems that customers are not trusted to go and just take items from the continental range. Thankfully having got through the first morning we were able to tell the waiter/ess what we wanted so we weren't brought items we didn't want.This was also time consuming as you had to wait.Check-in and out was a little prolonged, but this was really down to bad timing on our part, but a better queuing system could be employed.We were not impressed by the Dreamline Limo service offered by the hotel. We booked a car for 1230 but at 1235 it had not arrived, having spoken to the desk was assured he was on his way. At 1240 it still had not arrived and on returning to the desk found the driver busy drinking coffee.Despite these fairly minor moans, we would be likely to return to this hotel on another visit.

Nice, clean Hotel
Nice hotel with great bar and buffet in lobby. Newly renovated rooms. Very convenient if you are going to Universal Studios and City Walk. Just a short walk across the street. Valet or self park. Self park charge was around $20.00 a day which I thought was a little pricey. Also, they charge $7.95 a day for WiFi in your room. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for those two inconveniences.

Good value--close to freeway and Universal
I stayed here for business begrudgingly bc I generally stay downtown close to where my meetings are. BUT I really enjoyed staying here. Nice rooms, clean, nice staff and amenities. Close to the red line (used for getting downtown), close to 101 freeway and close to Universal. Surprisingly pleased.

Destination Hilton Hotel property
Large lobby, friendly staff, and lots of amenities if you pay for them. It is a pretty hotel. It would be great if I was going into the park. As a business traveler, the size was not helpful as it took 10 minutes and 2 elevators to get on the road. Breakfast was excellent. Internet was fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
