My Experience in Fragrance Hotel Imperial
The hotel staff is very accomodating and approachable to the client or costumers. The manager Mr. Lee is very kind and accomodating to the client and I'm glad and happy for the accomodations. I hope I will book again on this hotel for the next travel. God bless this hotel and more client will be satisfied and enjoy the accomodation and travel.

its a good place near stores the recepcionists are friendly the food is good lee and hamsa are the friendly workers and and has no traffic not like philippines and near universal studio This Place is clean good Friendly and nice but some rooms are small but worth it

Good Budget Hotel
After searching for a budget hotel a bit last minute in Singapore this was the cheapest we could find with the best reviews. The room was very small and basic as we expected for the price we paid. The room was clean (apart from the vile bogies spread across the wall right next to my bed). The only downside to staying in this hotel was that there was no window in our room, which made waking up in the morning very hard, as when we woke up it was still pitch black and felt like the middle of the night. The walls are also very thin and the pool on the rooftop did not look that pleasant. This hotel suited us as we didn't spend much time there, we just needed somewhere to dump our stuff and a place to sleep at night! It is also very close to the MRT which is very handy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to holiday makers or family stays, but Singapore is very expensive and if you're looking for a budget hotel then this is for you!

Friendly and helpful staffs
The staffs like Mark and Julius are very friendly and helpful. They were responsive to our needs during our stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel is very accessible. It is near Bugis and Orchard Road.
