Location: you need to ask yourself if your coming to Dubai to actually see Dubai and interact with local people or if your coming here for the LA feel. This hotel is located in a local area with minimal Caucasian people. Everything is very cheap in this area but great. Very cheap food. It's 15 min walk to metro. 5 min walk to large supermarket and right across the street is a small supermarket. jumireah beach is 10 min taxi. Same with Dubai mall or take the metro to the mall Rooms: large and clean. AC works great. The bathrooms could use a renovation, no liner for the shower. Beds were comfy, need more options in pillows they were to stiff. Staff: Friendly and helpful I would recommend this place IF you are looking to experience more of the culture of Dubai.

Large, modern, clean rooms at budget prices!
Stayed at the hotel for one evening. Fairly close to the airport. The stay confirmed what I had read by other reviewers. An excellent budget hotel. Upon noticing the fully-equipped kitchen and laundry machine, I realized that the hotel would be extremelly suitable for lengthy stays. The only negative aspect of the room was the bathroom. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms in our living space, but the bathrooms did not have the same modern, quality design and finish as the other rooms. Nevertheless, they bathrooms were clean and fully functional. Another minor issue with the hotel is its location. It can be somewhat time-consuming to catch a taxi from the hotel and there are no dining options in very close proximity. I had to walk a few hundred meters to a busy street to flag down a taxi. Furthermore, there is more than one location for this particular hotel name. Please ensure that you have the exact address to assist the taxi driver with driving you to the right location. Both of the locations are fairly close to one another. If you accidentally reach the wrong Xclusive hotel, the other one is nearby. I did not have any opportunity to see if there was a gym or any other hotel facilities. The price and rooms of the hotel exceed the minor shortcomings of the hotel.

Pleasant stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Like most of our stays we were out most of the time so couldn't make use of the pool or the living area. The only down side was the twice we got taxis that couldn't find the street and hotel. It is also about a 10-15min slow walk from the closest rail station.

very good and very clean
i stayed in this hotel for a week , i really enjoy it.. it is very very clean and there is a super market exactly infront of the hotel , you can get all what you need like bread , water , cheese, juices ,... etcalso there is a big market spinney's almost a 10 min walking ..the bus and metro station is not that near as i read in many other reviews .. it is about 12 min walking ..so if you are going on a hot day i recommend taking a taxi specially if you a a group , but if you are two persons or less i recommend bus or metro because transportation is very expensive .. it almost cost by a taxi almost 50drh to dubai mall , but costs 7 drh /person with metro .. so depending of how many persons are with you ..the hotel gives a complementary water bottle , and tea , sugar, creamer , nescafe' ..you can ask for a free daily maid if you wantwe took the two bedroom apartment ,the unit has a full equipped kitchen , three bathrooms, living with sofa bed , dining area and a safe box in the master bed roomthe bad thing is there is no free WIFI , it is paid per device not for the whole unit ..hope you like the photos..

Awesome..
This hotel is brilliant , we booked this hotel for 7 nights and did not regret it , very conveniently located has a 24 hr provisions store right across the road, and a metro station at walking distance, the rooms are fairly big and the cleanliness is up to the mark, the staff is very polite and ready for any help, the swimming pool need a makeover though. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property.
