Good and Tired
Great hotel but needs refurb, restaurant has great steaks. Rooms, especially carpets have too many miles and do not smell fresh. Bed linens were clean and fresh though. Front desk is excellent, attentive and really welcoming. Would stay again.

Nothing special...
An average experience of a business hotel. It was clean and the service team was friendly. However I was shocked by the restaurant prices. The breakfast is missing some variety but is good standard. I missed the differentiator from other chain hotels.

Big
We were at this hotel for a 4 day conference. We have stayed there before on business and liked it but it is getting a little tired and some of the rooms need an update. Our room was very large and clean, beds were adequate. It is very close to the airport so that is a good thing. The food is good but pricey as is most hotels. Parking was $20 a day with in and out privileges which is fair. The concierge desk was great the two guys I talked to knew their stuff.

business trip
The hotel staff at the desk were very friendly however, the meal service staff during our conference was terrible. They could barely speak english and could not solve issues in a timely manner. Pool and fitness center were good, clean and not crowded. Room was nice and clean and everything was in working condition.

Good meeting location - Excellent Food!
We recently attended this location for a 3 day conference. The rooms were clean, but are starting to show a little sign of wear. The staff was excellent and were attentive to the needs of the business traveler. Since this was a conference event, the room rate was reduced to a reasonable $140 a night. Be advised that the hotel does not own the parking lot and expect to shell out an additional $20 a night for parking. The food that was provided while we were attending the conference was outstanding, more like you would find in a higher end restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay while in the San Jose area!
