Great hotel, absolute opulence. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they serve a mean pint of Henekin in the little bar in the corner. But the charge for WiFi is ridiculous in this day and age

Very close to airport.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel when in Dubai on business. The hotel is very close to the airport which was very convenient. The foyer and other public areas of the hotel were beautiful and my room was very well appointed. I bought an upgrade which included unlimited internet access, breakfast plus access to the club lounge which allows you free afternoon tea as well as drinks and canapes in the early evening. It was well worth it. The pool area was perhaps a little disappointing but not bad for a city centre hotel.

Heavenly
I have no faults at this hotel. Staff are attentive and friendly, hotel is spotless. Only a 10 minute walk to the metro which takes you all over and cheap too. Special thanks to April from the Club Lounge .... Made a perfect holiday even better!!!

5 stars Hotel with some inconveniences
we went to Dubai for tourism .. the hotel is more interesting for business people, it is very near to the airport but a bit far from the city although their is a metro station just near the hotel.The staff is very friendly, breakfast is amazing with a big variety, standard rooms are small but clean and cooled, but the windows do not open even though we had a smoking room.I definitely recommend this hotel for it's service but not for it's location if your visiting Dubai for Tourism.Cheers.

Lovel Hotel
We arrived in Dubai from the Maldives at 2 am and the pre booked transport took us rapidly to the hotel. Given the late check in, we needed no delays. We had a fast check in and along with a rapid delivery of bagage we managed a good few hours sleep before we left at 8am. Well worth the price and I'd definitely stay here again. Extremely convenient for terminals 1 and 3. Clean, well equipped room and friendly staff.
