Nice Oasis
Great hotel, average price. They have updated their Bar, outside Dining and Menu.Norman and Diego were especially friendly and helpful. I have stayed here > 15 times in the last 5 years, it never fails to be excellent. Nice fitness room.

Very good hotel all round
An all round very good hotel with the service (and the attitude of the people providing) being excellent. We had an especially nice experience at brunch with Herber, Urbano and Xochiti providing great service despite a full house.

Not Worth It
I stayed at the Westin on May 9th and was disappointed in the hotel. I originally booked a room with a shared patio that would lead to the steps of the pool. When I checked in I was given a room with a shared patio and not by the steps to the pool. I called to ask to change rooms. I asked for another floor with a private patio if I could not get a room that was easily accessible to the pool. I was told by Jennifer (or someone that claimed to be a Jennifer) that there were no other rooms available other than a small room on the 3rd floor. Utilizing my cell I had my friend call the hotel rather than from the room to ask if private patio rooms were available, to our surprise they were and we were quoted the same rate as what I was paying for the current room. I called back from the room and informed them I did not appreciate being lied to. I was then moved to a private patio room with an additional charge. Too bad the staff is not honest or they are just lazy and don't want to accommodate guests.Sheets are the worst. They do not fit the bed. Having to get up every five minutes to fix sheets is no fun. To think I gave up staying at The Langham for this.I must say the only nice person there was Sean, the bell person. He was the best.Would I recommend this place..........NOJulie H

Great stay at the Westin Pasadena
We had a great stay at this hotel during a last minute 1 night mid-week trip. Bid $85 on priceline for a Wednesday night 4* hotel and got this one. Tip for you - as of today, the Westin is the only 4* hotel on priceline in Pasadena, so if you bid and get accepted to a 4* in Pasadena - the Westin it is.The staff was the best part of this hotel. They went above and beyond and were very friendly. They even have a free car service that will take and pick you up around downtown. We used it to go to dinner and back.I would stay here again in a second.Highly recommend.

Enjoy Pasadena at the westin
My family stayed at the westin once again ....great location and service...beautiful pool on the roof and a great city...we had a wonderful brunch for 30 in the newly decorated area...we shall return. Very soon...near almost everything...and the hotel shuttle is very, very conveinent.....
